I have no idea to create a thread but I think this is worth it MediaWorld, a leading player in the consumer electronics sector and part of the MediaMarktSaturn Group, has announced a three-year strategic partnership with international pop music icon Robbie Williams. The core of this agreement is the pan-European launch of “PEAQ by Robbie Williams”, an exclusive collection of audio products under the PEAQ brand, one of the Group’s proprietary brands. The agreement provides for the first release of products set for early July 2025. This date strategically coincides with the first stages of the European tour “Robbie Williams Live 2025”, which will start in May and will visit several countries where the MediaMarktSaturn Group operates, including Italy (Trieste, 17 July), Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Poland and Turkey. In addition to the product launch, the partnership will include a series of activations across all MediaWorld touchpoints and the creation of exclusive customer experiences, details of which will be announced soon. The first phase of the launch of the "PEAQ by Robbie Williams" collection will include six audio devices, distributed across the categories of headphones, speakers and soundbars. Each product was developed in close collaboration with the artist and his team. The design is distinguished by an elegant black finish, enriched by Robbie Williams' signature and a golden monogram logo with his initials. Robbie Williams' involvement was not limited to the aesthetic aspect: the artist actively participated in all phases of development, from audio tests to the definition of technical characteristics, up to the optimization of the final products. An expansion of the "PEAQ by Robbie Williams" range is already planned in a subsequent phase, following the initial launch in July. In Italy, the collection will be accessible both online, on the website www.mediaworld.it, and in 139 physical stores distributed throughout the country. This initiative perfectly aligns with MediaWorld's positioning as "Experience Champion" in the electronics market. I still see a lot of Spanish tweets with the topic of Better Man movie in my timeline. South American people seem to love the film.

I was thinking about the new songs and this article. Could it be that he had finalized the album already last year and they thought the movie would raise the profile of Rob in the USA plus give him more artistic freedom to be successful? So his songs had been more 'experimental' Robbie songs?. Now after this did not happen, he might have to replace certain songs for some which fit his core audience in Europe better? Or do I simply overthink this too much :-)?

Still don't get it. I thought the album is recorded with all the hints of with whom Rob had collaborated from Chris Martin to Heavy Metal.

His Dutch is not that bad :-) who ever tried to speak the 'g' or 'sch' and is not from the Netherlands feels the pain :-)

I still think he looks exhausted and that the BM situation has taken some energy and drive from him. When you invest a lot and you need to realize that something really good is not appreciated with the mentality of Rob it must be difficult to deal. Hence the movie situation also the tour has to suffer. Too many tours with the same songs in a short time for many an issues in times where money might be more tight than ever.

What I like about Guy Chambers is that he seems to be serene and happy and content with where he is in life.

Do you think that he will cancel the tour, Laura? It will be difficult but I cannot imagine him doing so. If I counted correct there will be around 1.7 million people seeing him even if not all concerts are sold out. This would be an insurance debacle and I cannot imagine after the movie he would risk that. At least the movie had great reviews something he could count on as positive. I assume the calculation has been: Successful movie, album, tour, lifestyle label, further tour in South America and maybe NA. Now everything has to be re-calculated to: tour, album, and let's see. Plus, I assume that he wanted to have new songs on this tour. For the general public it may not be a problem but his fans may not be happy to hear the same setup. Not everyone is on a Robbie fan page thinking about his struggles. And yes, I think that he tours because of the money. They have an expensive lifestyle, four kids to be educated in the best way affordable and some family I am sure his money takes care for. He seems to feel the disappointment professionally and the pressure personally. Like all of us only on a different level. I am not sure if it is more difficult to deal with this when you are an average earning human or a highly paid popstar. Aside of this when I am - rarely -at the VIP magazines Germany and the Netherlands offer there are really only very few stars left who are stars because of music or movie. Most are a mixture of influencer and social media personality. Plus the star of the day like yesterday Taylor Swift and today Sabrina Carpenter or Timthy Chalamet. The business is young people business (Aside you are legend like the Rolling Stones)

If I read these kind of posts I always wonder if the upbeat Rob we saw during the BM promo was real or if he had to play a role. I also wonder if it would have been like this and him feeling unwell if the movie would have been a success. It seems that success at least milders his depression mode. Hope he will be getting better soon. He has a huge tour ahead.

I read that Gary will release an album the end of the year. And I read that Rob is recording new music. If he continues like this, Gary's album is out later the year just as he seems to have said it and Rob's will be out whenever forever

I liked the collaboration with Sander van Doorn however one of my favourite collabs until today is the one with Avicii. It was very successful either aside in the UK where it had only been released later. I also remember that Avicii and Rob had not been in the studio together for doing the collab. If they would have met they would have had possibly quite a talk about mental health in the music industry. I miss Avicii. It seemed that he had been a very decent man.

I have seen quite some positive reviews from South America. But how well does it do in the cinemas? Any ideas?
