Until now the tour seems to be very successful, happy audience, quite healthy appearing Rob. Very happy about that. And Mark Owe with Rob in Sandringham? I think many will love this.

Cat Stevens? What a great singer, after he changed his name I lost track. One question, for what ever reason I have some videos of the Sweet and T-Rex on my news feed the last weeks. THey were quite an item in Germany and NL in the seventies. How was that in the UK?

Well, I am always a bit cautious with the mental health thing. I know some people who have depression and suffer low self worth and it is devastating to see who you think are incredible persons suffer so much. So i dislike when the mental health pressure is now claimed for everything and nothing. Rob claimed it before it was modern and you can see when you watch some of his behaviour when he was young that he is really suffering. For others I do not see it and if you look closely when the first hints of a career drop are visible, all of a sudden everyone have issues with drink, drugs and mental health. I take Ed Sheeran and Adele. You could not escape them some years ago as you could not escape Robbie in the early 2000thands, maybe even more as they also are very successful in the USA. At that time i have not heard mental health problems with them. When the career starts to slowly drop (even if it is not visible so much right now. Think of the Roman Empire, empires decline not visible :-) ) the mental health and their inner tearings become more and more the new breaking news and trigger. I have not heard Harry Styles talking about mental health issues yet. I hope this will not change in 4 years when the next HS will raise. That is life. He is the absolute embodiement of what is en vogue now. Kindness, easiness, gender neutral androgyn in performance, never saying an opinion which can raise shitstorms... and I am only speaking of what I see in my newspaper feed not searching for info. At the end it is all repeating itself again and again. Few stand out despite a trend like David Bowie. They made the trend. Maybe HS can be like this, we will see.

There is a concert in Greece in July. Is that a new one?

I am not following Harry Styles or reading articles, but obviously also see and hear that he is THE male star of the minute. Ed Sheeran is in the endphase of the imperial phase and Harry is just passing and has still more room as he is young and seemed to be really good. So the prophecies that he will be the RW of 1D had been right. I think Nial is also doing quite well? What i wonder is if in the articles of HS the press also writes the former 1D member like they still after 25 years do with Robbie as the former TT member :-)

I had Slane Castle at DVD. Someone had recorded it from television in 1999 and then burned a CD when I became a fan 7 years later. It was so good. What a crowd. what a performance. Unfortunately the dvd is broken and despite asking no one seems to have the full concert anymore :-(

They have quite a lot of high profile friends or associates. It is called networking and Ayda is great in this. The other post with Laura Dern shows: She is a true well educated Los Angeles woman. If she does not know how to play the game then who would?

Harry Styles and Ed Sheeran could challenge Rob's record of 3 days Knebworth. Didn't he say that 'Britain will not see this again for a long time to come"? He was right. 20 years is a long time and in Showbiz years even longer. It is interesting that Rob still holds up in the category of top artists. All of them have somehow 5 years when they cannot do any wrong like Adele or Ed Sheeran, then they have a small decline where the critic increases and they have to do more promo and/or scandals and then they either vanish or stay on top in the way Rob did. I think Harry Styles is the NKATB now. He is now on the peak and it will be interesting who comes next and how Rob will position himself after this year with the movie etc.

I think the artwork was a means to get through the pandemic time. He likes it, but now he has other things to do. Normally I would not be interested at all in someone else's circles. But with RW it is really interesting as it is a mirror of life: You need connections in most high level games if you want to participate. As he is nt active on social media at all he needs to use other network possibilities. During his imperial phase it may not have been important. But this is almost 20 years ago. And I think Ayda is a very good business woman and understands the game simply taking him with her :-)

We have heard that Rob will have a venture in this business too as well as drinks? Everyone is doing a Tecquilla label these days or wine you get the impression when you watch the gossip even if only randomly. If you want to earn money you have to venture these days and especially when your imperial days are over. Hard core fans might grant you a living, but Rob is living a quite expensive life. And tours will get more and more stressing. I believe we will hear more about the new ventures. He needs first to be back enough in the limelight and remind people that he is still there which he had started to do last year and will continue this year. I believe next year will give us more about the new ventures. It will also depend on the success of the documentary and movie, I guess.

It is interesting to sniff a bit around the people he is dealing with: The name mentioned in the tank yous refer to an Argentina Polo champion and model for Ralph Lauren fragrances. This guy is married to a women in Ayda's age who is the daughter of one of the richest Argentinian business man. Some other friends of Ayda I saw in the references is the wife of Baron de Givenchy (the brother of the designer heir). She was ambassador of the USA and her Givenchy husband is in the board of directors of one of the hugest Investment companies. And there is a lady who is married to the Netflix CEO. Maybe they are all simply knowing each other by coinciddence and by attending the same parties. But in the pre-Ayda times Rob's friends had been almost all very much 'normal' guys. I believe that Ayda is a great networker. I mean this NOT as critic. it is the time to really make money with what he had achieved different to music as this is a fickle business in his age. He wants to secure his family's well being and so wants Ayda. They are now far more imaginative. This said, i would be surprised if he would not announce a South American tour. I think though it will be in 2024 as in autumn Rob has to promote the movie and/or the Netflix documentary. This is my guess :-)

He seems to have a lot of fun during the leg of the tour. Yesterday afternoon he was gave a private concert in front of 16,000 people (for a huge real estate/hedge fund company). The original planned artist, Helene Fischer, you might know her from singing Santa Baby with Rob, had broken a rip while rehearsing for her tour. Robbie was asked to replace her and must have done it to huge acclaim.
