  1. Brian Stock has departed as manager of Weymouth. Louis Langdown and Sean O'Driscoll have also departed. Paul Maitland with the coaching staff and the assistance of captain Josh McQuoid are currently in charge of first team affairs. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/59966525 Bit of a saga here. Under which nation's rules are Chester governed by? Wales have capped the number of supporters and Chester is an English club. However, their ground is in Wales. The story as it has developed. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-59906505 https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-59920281 https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-59930918 https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-59956048

Barry Hawkins vs Neil Robertson for the final today. I am not a gambler thankfully, thought Trump would have got through. Other news is that unfortunately Mark Selby is suffering with mental health issues. Hopefully he gets the support he needs and gets back to his fluent best. His match with Hawkins wasn't what I expected.

Much louder when O'Sullivan came out. I remember him playing back in the 1990s. Amazing longevity. Not too sure about Robertson, he looked a bit off his game despite the win.

  13. That first half was excellent. One of the guests on Early Kick Off got rather carried away and implied that it should have continued with no half time break.... :heehee:
  14. Quite a change. Congratulations to all the new mods and thanks to the predecessors for their hard work.
  15. I have had an idea that some managers change jobs during the off season and I am never sure whether to put it in the current thread (2021/2022) or to create a new thread for any changes during the summer break. Any ideas on that? Also, when a new thread for each season is started perhaps a list of managers attached to each club as well as the odds and so forth?
