  6. It has been on the news websites for a couple of days that he was about to sign the contract. Waited until pen to paper before this. Craig Shakespeare joins him at Norwich. Also a bit of history, his last match was the defeat against Southampton. First match for Norwich is against the same opponents. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/59274626

Pity that a super innings from Williamson had to end in a defeat. Highest scoring captain (runs) in an ICC T20 World Cup final. I suppose he has that bragging right over Aaron Finch. Brilliant from Marsh, he got on with it right away. Well done Australia.
  8. Steve Morison is to stay in charge at Cardiff until the end of the season. We'll see how long that lasts, we never know with the managerial merry go round. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/59249976

Not the best way to be ruled out of a World Cup final for Devon Conway. He will also miss the two test series against India starting on 25th November. Hope he makes a full recovery. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/59251263

Some lack of discipline from the bowling attack, no balls, wides and in the field dropped catches and missed chances to prevent boundaries. Very good match, I was on tenterhooks. Good luck to Australia.

Indeed we do, they have been very disciplined in the field when I have watched them. Pakistan or Australia to join them? It might be rather interesting if Australia joined them. Think I will go for Pakistan based on their form.
  12. Indeed he has. Interesting to see what reaction he gets on his return to Anfield on the 11th December. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/59238635

Very disappointing by England, thought we were in a good position with the score at about 100 runs. Couldn't defend it. Good luck to New Zealand.

And of course the two injuries (Tymal Mills and Jason Roy). Think New Zealand weren't quite at the races in terms of strike rate in their last game, so agree we could beat them. Think Pakistan might be tough to beat, they are unbeaten in this tournament.

I read this article. They are still going to be rather busy after the World Cup as well. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/59206954 As for their World Cup campaign, it wasn't what I was expecting.
