  2. They have probably been blah blahing (love the technical term by the way) for many years already on a wide range of subjects and I don't see it stopping... True, I probably will need another holiday after that strenuous work the other day... :heehee:

Thanks Mack. I have just been looking up some of the names on the list, quite enlightening.

This name just stood out. On a serious note, what does (a) and (af) mean?
  5. Ah yes, that reminds me. I have a dental consultation tomorrow. *books a chocolate bar for afterwards to cheer self up* :teresa: I have been recharging batteries, I have never had such an inactive period of days off for a while. I did cut the grass and vacuum the majority of the house. Usually I am on buses nearly everyday as well as this. I have only been on the bus twice so far since my time off began the middle of last week. Back at work a week today... :P
  6. I do like the light evenings, I go for more walks on my days off. Today is meant to be one of them and I am up at the usual time... On a few days holiday now. Going nowhere, just catching up and resting...

I saw the 141 break earlier in the match, very clinical. Apparently there was an easy red missed by Lisowski earlier which could have put Robertson off his stride according to the commentary I heard.
  8. Getting mighty fed up of Brexit. I turn to the sport pages to escape..... Been a while. Hope all are well.

  10. Thanks Houdini, switched it. Also amended original post for this round to Liverpool at home.

It is a crazy season in league one for sure. EFL on Quest has expanded to two hours from this coming week to cover more from League One and Two until the end of the season.
  13. Not surprised that Solskjaer has been appointed, it was a question of when not if. As to the timing, I suppose Solskjaer has had more time to discuss contract terms during the international break.

According to what I read, it wasn't run the way Scholes was led to believe. They are back to Pete Wild for the rest of the season. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47668249
  16. Liam had a clothing line? Never heard of it. Anyway, productive days off. Managed to catch up on a few things.

Some great suggestions here, looking forward to these. I agree, I think we have had enough Queen for the time being...
  18. Safe travels Tess, not sure how long you're travelling in the UK or where. Hopefully avoid Storm Gareth. Doing an extra day at work tomorrow.
  19. Fixtures (all kick off at 15:00 GMT unless otherwise stated) Saturday 16th March AFC Bournemouth 2-1 Newcastle United Burnley 1-1 Leicester City West Ham United 2-1 Huddersfield Town Sunday 17th March Fulham 1-4 Liverpool (14:15) Everton 1-1 Chelsea (16:30)
  20. Darren Moore's sacking is very harsh, if they were a significant amount of points away from the play offs I could have understood it. But sacking someone when the team is in fourth? No, can't get my head round that one. There have been other incidents where fans have gone on the pitch this weekend, one in the Premier League and another in Scotland. Hopefully they come down hard on this type of behaviour as it is certainly not acceptable.

All the best Lotti, as others have said do what is right for you.
  23. Sadly not, I have been watching a documentary on the Habsburg family who ruled the Austro-Hungarian Empire and actually lived in those palaces. Glad you had a good time.
