Did anyone see that review by Jos Buttler? Not sure what they were thinking there. Of the Hundred, I have been mainly impressed by the wicket keeping standards in the women's game. Bess Heath's inclusion in the current England squad will keep Amy Jones on her toes. There is also Rhianna Southby I was impressed with.

Very dark day for Sheffield Wednesday. I seem to recall that Gerry Francis was manager at QPR at the same time as Trevor was at Wednesday. Initially when I was watching MOTD, thought they were interviewing the same man twice as I just saw the surname..

England Women have drawn their series. Defeats in the T20 series for the first time since 2017 and ODIs for the first time since 2013 for Australia. Been watching Major League Cricket from the USA.

The Women's Ashes are now level 6-6. What a comeback after the first two matches. It's also superb the way they are playing at the bigger grounds (Trent Bridge, Edgbaston, Lord's).

The England Women have won the T20 section 2-1. It is Australia's first series loss since 2017. They have to win the 3 ODIs to regain the Ashes.

England Women have won the 2nd T20 to revitalise the Ashes. Very impressive from Danni Wyatt with the bat and out in the field. They lost the Test and the first T20. One more T20 and 3 ODIs to go before the Women's Ashes are complete.

The Women's Ashes aren't going too well either. I am surprised at the omission of Charlie Dean, she is a wicket machine.
