HiyaLuv!

Just wanna say thank you to everyone who made this happen. As I said before, I Should Be So Lucky is one of the first megahits I remember and Kylie is one of two acts from that time who have stayed around and not had a huge drop in quality since, the other being the Pet Shop Boys, but I don't think they're getting another Christmas #1 somehow. And the only reason almost all her singles from the past 15 years haven't been all over that station with a '1' in its name is her age. Music's Too Sad Without You sounded a bit old admittedly. I thought Padam Padam getting to #8 was magnificent, but THIS? Would you have even dreamed of it two months ago? WHAT A DAY!

"...given it's red colour lol" One more week of this and I'm off back to black!

Tune tbf, that was back to peak Gaga. My eyes would have rolled back in ecstasy. Wish Katy Perry would do one like that!

Merry Christmas to you both and all other HiyaLuv chart followers by the way!

Yep, when I saw it was finally on streaming and I knew I just HAD to get it in there! Kylie possibly coming for an iconic 1-OUT chart run next week.

Don't think I'll ever get the huge popularity of Man I Need. Sounds like a Sade b-side from 1986. Not that I don't like Sade.

Not sure this is even in Sam Fender's 25 best songs but people love it!

Only 15 songs to fit inside 70 minutes.

1/100 now! Absolutely kicking myself for not putting the tenner on at 7/1 the other day!

I Should Be So Lucky was one of the first few #1s I ever remember, it's absolutely extraordinary she's still relevant after all this time. I was fecking FIVE then! Might see if I can stretch to another MP3.

Regretting not putting a tenner on when it was 7/1!

That's Xmas (Amazon Music Original) purchased and ready to play via Spotify Mobile. That took some doing, can't remember the last time I bought an MP3 from Amazon, or anywhere else for that matter!

Great to see Robyn up to A-list even after all these years and excited about F-C-U-K-ers (already had a decent run on my personal chart) and Sub Focus.

Take it there's no sign of Mr Blobby in the Top 100 despite so many of us marking its landmark 32nd birthday by streaming it to death now we finally can. Oooh, blobby. Might take Amazon up on the offer of the 99p Kylie download and add it to Spotify as a local file. Still haven't heard it!

BLOBBY! I think more people need telling this is now streamable.

It's amazing she hasn't had a Xmas #1 already really. For a moment I thought Especially For You was but then I remembered it was Mistletoe and Wine, which I remember being played in assembly every morning in the week leading up to Christmas back in 1988 and first introduced me to the very concept of a Christmas #1. Then EFY was a new year #1. Either way, can totally see the nation getting fully behind this if the publicity is there. Definitely the coolest 57-year-old ever whatever the outcome!

Just been on YouTube and the video's being held back there which would support this theory! Really hope it works if they're being strategic about the rollout, a Kylie Xmas #1 would be brilliant and we need something fresh and different this year, would be so underwhelming if it was Last Christmas again or The Fate of Ophelia which came out ages ago now. Definitely feels like a campaign the media would get behind! Now watch LadBaby come out of the woodwork with an unannounced last minute comeback to spoil it all.

That's sad, thought I might be able to buy it as an MP3 from Amazon but it appears to not be an option unless anyone knows better!

Just listened to the deluxe edition stuff, The Treadmill definitely stood out. Talk To You didn't last long on the playlist! Feel they'll definitely want to squeeze another single out of this era. Is the Kylie song coming to Spotify at some point?

Three Kylie playlist appearances in 2.5 years! Not bad for someone who was last regularly playlisted 15 years ago. Most of her R2 stuff would sound fine on R1 really.

Third time in 2.5 years! They should just accept she's still relevant and have her back full-time! Definitely must be one of the most played R1 Anthems acts.
