I know Heaven Sent is incredibly well acted and Capaldi is amazing throughout... but I just find it boring :o (I know I should like it more, and I can see why it would be in people's top 10's). Its funny, I champion so much of Moffatt's era - I love the Smith era and think there is so much to admire about Capaldi's Doctor... but I just didn't click with Heaven Sent... I guess finding out someone had my card details when I watched it didn't help 🤣 (which I managed to resolve), but even on subsequent watches, I know I should enjoy it more... but I just find is a little slow.

Catching up (I think this is the most of a US series i've watched since Series 14 - I need to catch up properly with the in-between series'). So i'm up to/ watching 'Rate a Queen 1' - and Athena really is such a draining presence this series - hopefully she gets eliminated soon. It feels odd to have so many old... or should I say seasoned queens in one series and I think its actually giving it a different kind of vibe. It sort of feels like there are less conceptual queens - or queens thinking outside the box this series... Saying that there are some great queens; Nini, Jane, Myki and Juicy are great. Kenya is a hot mess most of the time but extremely loveable. Darlene is great too, a very likeable personality. In terms of the 3 (at the stage i'm at) who have gone: DD was no big loss, Mandy just didn't seem ready and whilst I didn't mind Briar, it did feel her time was done.

Thanks for going through it Calum - it was a difficult thing to have to quickly think of a solution to and its a great game and its good to see forum participation high/ excited for something :) Just to say, I think the assumption for many was prior to the results, that it was for all categories - I know that's what my assumption was - but maybe I need to just read things better as it was said 'Girls' which is why I then queried things as the results were being posted yesterday... But yeah it makes sense what you've said and needing to find a fix to things due to an act pulling out. Keep up the good work - i'm just annoyed I didn't get on it and get an act... next year
