A couple of weeks ago, #83 required 6,341 sales. #91 in a week in January sold 5,644. Hard to say what #7 on a Sunday requires. Although there was a week in June 2023 when Sunday's #7 sold 5,200+.

Love Me More is a banger I'm wondering how she'll do in the albums chart this time around. Heavy Love and Greatest Hits both reached #11 (with 6,017 sales and 5,755 sales respectively). Average sales for #10 so far this year are 6,315. The previous 8 weeks of #10s have all been on higher sales than 6,017 (apart from one week in which 6,017 was funnily enough the sales achieved). I feel like Top 10 could be out of reach for her again, unless she's fortunate enough that she picks a week with lower sales across the board. It also rests on this album attracting a similar level of sales as the previous two. Just under 8 weeks to go until it's released! However it does, I'm really happy that she's still releasing after all this time, and that her quality control is unwaveringly strong!

Only the vinyl releases were described as being numbered on the store. Nice that the CD is in a jewel case, wasn’t expecting that after becoming used to card sleeves being the norm! My vinyl is 283/2000 (orange).

I much prefer arenas for the atmosphere (dark when the show begins), and usually feeling closer to the artist!

Well I for one am happy Someone for Me lasted this long! It's always been a highlight of the album for me. A singleton anthem! I voted for Lights Camera Action though.

Trying not to freak out… and not succeeding! Would definitely be Manchester that I’d aim to go to, but just one arena date… I’m not feeling confident about the chances. Hopefully more dates will be announced, but the FOMO I’d feel if tickets aren’t able to be secured for the current Manchester date, would be very strong! Also I so don’t have the money for this right now x

Source: https://www.officialcharts.com/chart-news/spice-girls-reunion-world-tour/ Last update we had was 2,400,000 back in July 2023. It's currently selling at a rate that would have it on course to go 5xPlatinum (3,000,000+ sales) by July 2026, which would be rather fitting given that is the 30th anniversary month.

You mean Madison Love, not Madison Beer! Funnily enough none of the Madison Love penned tracks on Diamonds & Dancefloors were selected to be singles, despite her having a hand in Kings & Queens, Torn, Who's Laughing Now, Salt, Sweet But Psycho and My Head & My Heart from Heaven & Hell. Cirkut and Madison Love may be out of the picture now, but it's not like Ava's devoid of talented people working with her, for instance Lost Your Faith is mixed/engineered by Serban Ghenea. I think it's sadly just the case with her that for whatever reason, the second album singles just didn't catch on / didn't garner great support, so it created diminishing returns. That's not the easiest thing to bounce back from. I don't think she's ever really been the artist to attract a highly devoted and widespread fanbase. I would say her early success was largely driven by her songs reaching the masses of casuals. That's just my impression!

All the first week sales data I could find for Solo Mix! Forget About Us - I'm not sure if this was all of the CDs pre-ordered up to that point, or if it disregarded any CDs bought along with the vinyl and cassette? Fantasy - seemingly a possibility that the CDs and cassettes bought with the vinyl didn't count towards this week? Angel of My Dreams physicals didn't come out until some weeks later. Don't Say Love's downloads and streaming weren't announced, but based on the midweeks, roughly speaking it was due for 2,500 downloads and 10,300 streaming that week.

It's about time! It went Gold 62 weeks ago, meaning its average sales per week have been 3,226. In terms of her "proper" singles (so I'm going to disregard Santa Baby x), it's a bit mad to think that Padam Padam is her 4th best selling single. Nestled amongst #1 singles Can't Get You Out of My Head, Especially for You, I Should Be So Lucky and Hand on Your Heart.
