  16. From http://www.independent.ie/life/food-drink/...k-30340215.html Bono opts for a pint of the 'black stuff' and a fish supper on Galway break Kirsty Blake Knox Published 09/06/2014|17:58 http://cdn4.independent.ie/incoming/article30340205.ece/ec5fd/ALTERNATES/h342/bono1.JPG Bono has a pint of the black stuff at O'Grady's on the Pier in Barna U2 front man Bono stopped off for a pint of the "black stuff" and a tasty fish supper in O'Grady's On The Pier in Barna over the weekend. Bono and a group of six pals tucked into some of the house specialties at well known restaurant which sits just outside Galway city. The 'Beautiful Day' singer availed of the Sunday set 2 course lunch menu (€22.95) opting for the O'Grady's Seafood Chowder as a starter and freshly caught Atlantic cod for the main course. "He was staying traditional and sticking with the old favorites," Assistant manager Karolina Gajewfka said. "You can't go wrong with the chowder." Bono's party enjoyed the meal, posing for a photo with one of the chefs outside the bright blue restaurant before moving on. "They were lovely diners and would be delighted if Bono became a regular but it's a bit of a trek from Killiney to Barna," Gajewfka said.
