I'd say it always depends on the song and how much you believe in it - if you love it, there's a better chance others will too. I could vote, and possibly have previously, for songs that fit any of the descriptions above. While it's easy to think if I send a song like this then people A, B and C will vote for it, I've found it often doesn't work like that - and I think more likely if it's a song that's a great example of its genre, it can attract votes from those with interests across the spectrum. Saying that, I'm intrigued by the first option, so I voted for that.
