  1. I think I'm on 90 not 91 btw?
  2. Thanks John (Altyr Muunilino?) and Jade! oh my at the scoreboard - the way I see it is I'm 36 clear of 11th place. I've thrown away 28 and 29 point buffers last year, so missing the top 10 from here would be new territory at least!
  3. Thanks Frank for double figures, and Jafet for a silver - first Kyriatine points since my debut!! Hope to do your country proud ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ธ
  4. A first double figures score from Sรฉyetana - thanks Iz!
  5. Thanks Callum for the points - someone move POPHub off zero!
  6. Thank you Ben for a bronze!
  7. Thank you Wouter, and Scene for a first medal!
  8. Happy to have had plenty of predictions for big things in this contest! I could see myself having the most voters possibly, but I don't think I'll actually win - I think it will be either Aeroche or Klum Rep, and either of them would be fantastic winners, though lots of my other favourites appear in the contenders many have mentioned too. I think a few other nations could spring a surprise high finish - Yehesi is the one that came to mind for me before seeing this thread actually.
  9. Listening to some of these songs was... an experience, but had a really good discovery from Remy Van Kesteren - voted for that, Mogwai and Calva Louise.
  10. Hadn't thought about the Caesars' song for a long time, but I'm kind of amazed it got so far with barely a vote against until the last few rounds, and will root for it as the underdog here!
  11. Switched to Christina but Daniel not far behind
  12. Funnily enough, this thread came to my mind earlier this week - what were the chances?
  13. I've submitted something anyway.
  14. Does the version that went Top 40 need to be the original? For example, would David Bowie - Oh! You Pretty Things be allowed as that didn't chart, but the Peter Noone version did?
  15. AAF for sure
  16. jimwatts posted a post in a topic in UK Charts
'APT' now ties with 'These Days' from 2018 and the Frank Chacksfield song from 1953 with a record 8 weeks at a #2 peak. Still a chance of a 9th, although 'Pink Pony Club' may be closing in.
  17. 'Abracadabra' in the top 40 - hello 2025! I thought 'Sports Car' might make it too but hadn't reckoned on the threshold for top 40 jumping by 20k in a week - the power of mustaaaaard
  18. Votes have been sent! ๐Ÿฅณ
  19. Where's the null vote option when you need it ๐Ÿ˜†
  20. Radiohead in September 2000, in a giant tent near Newport. They played about as many songs from Amnesiac as from Kid A, both unreleased at that point and new to just about everyone, but my favourite moment was 'Paranoid Android' going straight into 'My Iron Lung' with Thom Yorke shouting "come on kids!" to those of us moshing.
  21. Blood Orange - Champagne Coast up to #82, beating its previous peak by 43 places.
  22. Voted for Doves
  23. Voted for Cynthia Erivo
  24. Anabel Englund this week. btw I don't see the playlist in this thread? I got it through Spotify in my recents from last week.
  25. This is tough, I like all 3 songs about the same - but as I have bigger faves from Amy, I've given her the vote.
