Gavin & Stacey • The Finale: 2024 Christmas Special
The documentary was great, I was welling up constantly watching. You can clearly see the love and appreciation the whole cast have for the show.

Arise Sir Gareth.
We did better than we have for years with him, 2 Euro finals and 2 world cup semi-finals, his track record is very impressive. More importantly he promoted a really strong team with emphasis on being good role models to youths. I think he did an excellent job and am sad he is no longer the manager tbh. Well worthy of the honour, just as much as (more so than) celebs who get them for being actors / singers etc....

Elon Musk's descent into insanity
What a loon, can he just focus on liberating the country he lives in from Trump instead!?

Elon Musk's descent into insanity
My school has made the decision to no longer use X to promote ourselves as it no longer aligns with our values. Hopefully more schools and businesses follow that path and Musk can suffer as a result of his behaviours.

I thought Gabrielle Don't need the sun to shine peaked at #9? EDIT: Just checked Wikipedia it says it was #9 and her #7 single was Walk on by.

Sugababes ● General Discussion
It's impossible to choose, but that is a great choice! I'll be there by Emma Bunton and One by one from Cher would possibly be in my list alongside that song...

The Vivienne dies aged 32, RIP
Just seen this on my Facebook wall! How sad, 32 is no age to go. I wonder why they’re not releasing any further details?

Elon Musk's descent into insanity
Scare quotes!? Musk is the one trying to use the terminology to scare and misinform...

Too lost in you and Stronger are always the highlights of their live performances for me!

Spice Girls - 'Forever' (25th Anniversary Vinyl - 7th November)
Let love lead the way is gorgeous, the music is up there as one of their best! It's just the lyrics are a tad cringey at times, a bit (but not as cringey) like Mama.

Our ultimate Steps album - countdown
I love that album purely because it got them a #1 in that decade. Don’t think any of us saw that happening so was an amazing time!

Impossible Princess ● album discussion
I really don’t think the title would have been an issue why would anyone associate it with Diana tbh? Both albums had lazy titles in the U.K, why wasn’t the previous one called Confide In Me, that would have been much better than “Kylie Minogue.” I find self titled albums so boring tbh, Melanie C’s last one being legit one of her best albums and self titled instead of “Who I Am” was so annoying!

UK Chart Runs & Sales
Really shows the power of streams doesn't it considering it came third in the charts of that week!

Celeste – Everyday
I'll be amazed if she does anything tbh, I'd forgotten all about her! Best of luck to her though.

- Tension II Survivor Round 1
WHAT!? THIS IS BRAND NEW INFORMATION! (I have no idea how to post gifs otherwise I would post the friends gif for this  ) Ps, I also voted the same!- Sophie Ellis-Bextor - Freedom of the Night
Glad it wasn't just my family then, my husband joined in earlier! I said I didn't think she sounded bad and they all proceeded to remind me that I am deaf. - Spice Girls - Chart Runs & Sales Thread: UK
As much as I would love that Xmas album... there is more chance of hell freezing over - Happy New Year!
I hope for all those rumoured things you just said Mr X! Also confirmed non music wise - Geri - Second Rosie Frost novel - Victoria - New Paris fashion week show - Mel B - Any show that will have her.- Emma Bunton MegaRate ✨ - WINNER on Page 13 🥳
I love Baby please don't stop, actually prefer it to anything on Life In Mono. :heehee:- Emma Bunton - 2 Become 1
Yes I think that sounds like a perfect plan re the festivals, there is no reason at all that she can't do them she could easily headline something like Mighty Hooplah for a start. Look at Melanie she does all kinds from Glastonbury right to Pub in the Park, they do pay nicely too and I'm sure Emma could command enough to make it worthwhile. - What I am - What took you so long - Take my breath away - Free me - Maybe - I'll be there - Downtown - 3 x Spice Girls songs She has a nice 10 song set list right there.- SPECIAL BUNTONRATE EXTRA VOTE 🥳!
I think the girls are actually so very underrated vocally as a group! They have gorgeous harmony and really know how to complement one another, none of them sound as good on their own as they do together... and yes I include my beloved Miss C in that too.- Emma Bunton - 'My Happy Place'
Plus Leona Lewis is known to be a phenomenal vocalist and had actually toured in the past unlike Emma who (although we know her to be a very good vocalist) is seen as part of a group of girls who "couldn't sing" and had never done anything to build up a touring audience before this point. The lack of "My Happy Christmas" was such a mis-step, especially since she actually had a Christmas show at The Royal Albert Hall. Never considered it as part of a My Happy Place re-release but, that would have been a good idea indeed, something like Girls Aloud's Chemistry double CD with the Christmas disc with the Christmas songs she performed at the concert and Coming Home for Christmas. She will have recorded them anyway for a backing track so might as well make use of the recordings and all...- Sophie Ellis-Bextor - Freedom of the Night
Lol wonder if those three people are in my family as my mum, dad and sister all said she sounded awful when I mentioned earlier that I wanted to catch the whole performance as I went to bed with a bad headache last night. - Tension II Survivor Round 1
