  1. Oh god... here we go again.. it better be f***ing true this time lol I would imagine stadiums is where they would play for sure. I can see UK - USA and Australia filling up quite quickly. I would hope they go to South America too, they would sell out really quickly in Brazil and Argentina, as well as Mexico. But I do think that's quite wishfull thinking... Europe, I am not sure they could do stadiums... maybe one or two in strategic places?... like, one in Paris, one in Barcelona, one in Italy?...
  2. The Spice Girls have a total of only 5 ( ) lyric videos published on YouTube. It is safe to say that to this date, only two seem to have been somewhat successful: Wannabe and the Viva Forever one (which is actually their most viewed, surprisingly, as it went semi-viral last year when it was released). The others, not so much, with Mama and 2 Become 1 barely scratching 300,000 views and Step To Me barely having views of notice, sadly... BUT the general consensus is that they are all pretty good and high quality, actually. So, which one is your favourite and why? And which of their other singles and album tracks you think they should definitly release Lyric videos to? Wannabe Wzxo8sUHYvQ 2 Become 1 C7QGzAVCGHc Mama _HqUSHDxcGg Step To Me pjXEi_XT7lI Viva Forever maxwBHyLOwY
  3. Another year when they could easily link to their own Mama Lyric video, or towards a streaming link. But nope, just a boring montage of pictures... The Mama lyric video is great and should be used more by them _HqUSHDxcGg
  4. I never understood the issue with her going #2 with her first release. It was incredibly successful allover Europe, specially the UK and gave her an incredible platform... It also sold really well... So what if she wasn't #1?... I know it was probably Geri fuelling that argument herself, but she only shot herself in the foot by being vocally annoyed/dissapointed at it. IMAGINE thinking a #2 with such massive sales was something to be annoyed about? Specially with your first single... Anyway, she got a good run of 4 back to back #1s straight after!
  5. Melanie C just posted a Holler x Robert Mills mash up she is working on for her DJ sets and it BANGS!! https://www.instagram.com/stories/melaniecm...43126227983002/ Very surprised - and delighted - to see Mel C working on a Holler mix! It sounds like a summer smash tbh and should be released ASAP!!!
  6. For anyone still hasnt bought the Wannabe 25 vinyl, it is currently at £7.42 https://x.com/VinylDealsUK/status/1788894629862998176
  7. The drunken harmonies  The hug at the end too  What a lovely surprise!!
  8. I would LOVE an update! Maybe if they do release the documentary this year, Official Charts will do one? I would love the Greatest Hits to be over 800,000 by now! It deserves it!
  9. The original is a gorgeous, stunning song but yes Emma made it more POP and it is quite an original cover actually! Top notch!
  10. I'll take the A Girl Like Me celebration vinyl, at least we got *something* from Bunton, damn... Group wise, if the Documentary doesnt come this year, then I think it is truly over.
  11. Word Up, Crickets and I Wish I Could Have Loved You More are the only covers worth keeping by any of the spices. The rest can rot. The worst of it all has to be either Soul Boy by Mel C or Live and Let Die by Geri
  12. Is that figure confirmed? Since it was also sent across Europe, how many do we estimate that have been printed? 2000?
  13. Seems like it is indeed sold out in the UK, only a few around Europe are available! Good work Baby Bunton
  14. So has the A Girl Like Me vinyl sold out everywhere now? I cant find it online anymore...
  15. Oh I agree with the first part of your answer. But not the second. It's Raining Men was a pivotal song for the Bridgit Jones movie as well as for Geri. They went hand in hand in terms of promoting them both. Sadly for Geri, it overshaddowed her own album. Geri made the same mistake as Emma did with Downtown. Both launched their respective albums off the back of mainstream campaigns with solo covers which didnt sell the albums (although of course with different degrees of success and in different eras!) She should have waited for the summer to release another single which would lunch the album. Sadly, Scream (single) was not a good follow up at all either, same with Calling.
  16. I'm staying mostly out of the conversation but my take is that Gerita's version of It's Raining Men is like the McDonald's version of a real burger. Cheap and easy but not even with 2% of the taste of a real burger. Sorry lads. It's successful and fun, for sure though!
  17. Stop went absolutely viral last year during it's 25th anniversary, across all platforms but specifically on YouTube and TikTok, so that number doesnt seem right in that context?...
  18. hun, for that price, Emma would personally buy all her masters and self-release all her albums on vinyl and 2CD with all unreleased tracks through her own online shop :teresa:
  19. In an incredible turn of events, these were sold by £1million and £5 million respectively :cheer: THE POWER OF BABY BUNTON!! NEVER DOUBT IT!! B-)
  20. Same! It is the most intriguing era for me :arrr:
  21. Not quite, but maybe in a few years lol
  22. Also, on ASCAP website, the following Emma Bunton song comes up but I have never heard of this before. From the writer's info seems to come from the A Girl Like Me sessions, and it is also produced by Biff WAITING FOR YOU Writers: CHAPMAN BEN HARRINGTON MARTIN PETER HOWES ASHLEY FRANCIS MURPHY SHARON THERESE https://www.ascap.com/repertory#/ace/search/workID/887860745 Plus found these two other Life in Mono tracks, both never leaked: Dancing With You (Source) One Day I Will (source)
  23. YO! I have started filling out some more unreleased/demos info, this time on Mel C and Mel B. I will endeavour to do Victoria's and Geri's too. Is there something I am missing?
  24. Agree, and this would be the right time to do it, with the release of the documentary. Let's see. And yes, Emma only has a few 'shit' songs. A Girl Like Me (sorry... it's f***ing pish), Sometimes, Free Up Your Mind... But yes, No Love is quite bad and no wonder it got left off the album (thankfully!) I'd still love to listen to it though lol
  25. Yeah I found her answer quite pointed towards a possible release. Let's see... This is Mel B in the end, so who knows what will happen here (if anything at all). What I would love is for a Forever25 release with more of the Darkchild and Jimmy Jam demos on a CD2, or even live versions of Holler, LLLTW and Goodbye from Spiceworld 2019 tour. That would include Geri in that release, which would be great to get the Gerita fans to buy it as well. Then, release an Anthology release of all their singles, b-sides, key album tracks and a CD full of unreleased music. That would be ICONIC! And eventually a CD version of a live show, would be incredible imo.
