Yeah it seems the clear issue with the Spice Girls' own releases is that the group itself don't want to release any more. They have control over what gets released, whereas Girls Aloud probably don't?... Sugababes and Girls Aloud are showing how to do proper re-releases, though, that's for sure. I also don't think much will happen with Forever, although I can see it being quite successful if they do it right with unreleased tracks and a nice packaging. But I've lost all faith to be honest.

I'm sorry but this sounds dodgy as hell.... I have to say that I dont trust Christian at all, and this seems like they are protecting him and by default, damaging the person's life and career. Christian Horner's accuser suspended after Red Bull's investigation into Formula 1 boss

Has anyone read the new chapters of her book? Just wondering if she shared anymore info around the Spice tour 2019 and any other info on the girls?

The existance of this whatsapp group has been discussed in interviews since 2018... yet nothing more than its existence is ever talked about. It's boring, im sorry, and I dont care.- Geri Halliwell • General Discussion
This is true. Sorry, I didnt read most of the messages, but you are right of course- Geri Halliwell • General Discussion
I just came across this on twitter and damn, it is a lot. Yeah, it doesnt seem like abuse, more like flirting and cheating. Now the messages are being used as a personal attack on him and his job. I can't believe they also leaked his dick picture, that's wild. I hope Geri is ok, or will be.- Spice Girls - 'Forever'

I'd love a mix with both actually :w00t:- Spice Girls - 'Forever'
This remix of Holler was just released on YouTube. It is fan-made but it is a much better one than the original MAW mixes (which were quite terrible...) QvM7QjzrkFc It's a fun mix!- Spice Girls - 'Forever'
Yes Forever should have been released as a mix of pop & rnb back in 1999. Sadly, the group made way for the Mel C album instead, and the various solo projects afterwards followed... Had it been released in 1999 it would have definitely gotten to #1, they woul dhave done the Christmas tour, get the Brit award for Outstanding contribution in 2000 and then leave it at that. That was probably the plan all along, until the focus on solo careers took priority in 1999. A damn shame, to be honest....- Emma Bunton • General Discussion

This would have been an ideal scenario back in 2000, but of course they buffed it up massively and in the end killed both the group and their own solo careers in the process - Emma Bunton - 'A Girl Like Me'
Seems like Emma is doing mork with Heart FM now... She is back on the radio today again, and has been posting a lot about it... Sad she wont even acknowlege the bloody vinyl after it causing a bit of furor online  Honestly these f***ing girls...- Spice Girls • General Discussion
Emma has always been pro-Spice and ready for more :cheer: It does seem that the hold ups of any reunion have been Geri at various times, Mel C previously for like the best part of 20 years and of course Victoria since 2008...- Spice Girls • General Discussion
Doesn't sound like much is planned from her answer :nocheer:- Spice Girls • General Discussion
Yeah shame that Mel B wasnt included in those 'headlines' too cos Gerita has not followed her back :teresa:- Solo careers, are you still interested?
This, I agree. I'm not here a lot for solo releases in general, but thinking now about it, I would TOTALLY buy a vinyl of Victoria's album. For sure, purely because of the novelty of a VB vinyl in this day and age but also because I thought that album was actually really great. But that will never happen so my coins are safe lol Other than that and what I explained before, forget it.- Solo careers, are you still interested?
Nope. After the 2019 they had so much potential for more touring and there was even talks about music (both Emma and Mel C hinted at this being a possibility) but instead, they all went back to their meandering solo careers again and here we are now, back at 0. I soured on them solo wise a long while ago, and since the Return tour, where it was obvious that they weren't a group anymore, I lost interest in most solo ventures because I saw them as distractions that I didn't care about. I kept some interest in Emma's career and Mel C's too, even buying their latest albums, and attending Emma's shows. Mel C also released an ok album so that kept up my interest for a while. But then, since it all got squandered again after 2019 in favour of solo projects again, Im sorry but I even re-evaluated my relationship with Emma and Mel C's music. I don't care for their latest projects. My Happy Place and the Christmas shows were really bad attempts at trying to establish her as some kind of Christmas and covers pop act. It fell flat, because it was flat. Mel C released her best album in a decade, but even then it was mostly meandering crap. And I have no interest in seeing her live anymore, it just doesnt excite me. So Im done with longing or even supporting them as solo artists. If some release is interesting (say Free Me on vinyl, or even an edition of A Girl Like Me with new unreleased stuff to it) I might consider it. If they release some music, I will have an interest in listening to it to check it out but if it is not good, I don't bother buying or listening again. Yes, I will admit that a lot of my bitterness to their solo projects has a lot to do with their lack of interest in the group. But that's where I am at nowadays- Emma Bunton - 'A Girl Like Me'
Mel C certainly did a few posts/stories, I seem to remember. Having your first album available on vinyl via Record Store Day should be celebrated. I find it very strange that Emma didnt post a thing... She didnt also for Spiceworld25 I seem to remember... Like, simply sharing a story with it would have been sufficient, damn it. Where the hell is that Mutha Ship team? - Spice Girls • General Discussion
