  1. Love this. Such a step up from the last couple of singles. I’ve loved Dancing With a Stranger, How Do You Sleep? and now this. I couldn’t have been less interested in their first two albums but they’ve really stepped it up this era (if these are all considered the same era now...)
  2. Feels Like Vegas! Selfishly I’d also suggest Bet or Aquarius but I don’t think they’d do as well.
  3. Yesss, This Time! Agree that What About sounds really Michael Jackson, people might like that if they haven’t heard it before.
  4. I’m glad at least we know they didn’t snub it because of the quality, but the fact she’s not eligible is such a joke... Really sad at how upset she is about it in that interview, I really feel for her. And I’m not surprised she’s heartbroken about it, such unwelcoming and outdated criteria.

Diddy not being on there doesn't really make a difference (well, apart from the delay...), it's not as if he's a big selling point as a featured artist in 2020  It's probably a blessing in disguise anyway – regardless of who was saying the word, it wouldn't be great to have that word on a Katy Perry album.
  6. I only know the singles from her first three :') Taylor Swift: - Fearless: - Speak Now: - Red: I Knew You Were Trouble 1989: Out of the Woods reputation: Delicate Lover: I Think He Knows folklore: invisible string non-album singles: Christmas Tree Farm

  8. The Velvet Rope! In my top 10 of all time, such a perfect album. janet. is incredible too but not quite in the same league for me. Totally with you on the This Time breakdown, Dandy! What a moment
  9. I don’t want to listen to anything else at the moment, love this so much. August is the absolute one 😭 with invisible string and exile following closely behind. Already on level with 1989 for me.
  10. I have a feeling this will become my favourite of her albums in no time. So many gorgeous melodies coming through with repeated listens. exile, mirrorball, august, this is me trying, illicit affairs, invisible string, epiphany  invisible string is so Sufjan, can’t get enough
  11. Exile is heavenly 😭
  12. Call On Me! But I feel like that wouldn’t be that well received 😭 Scream or Got Til It’s Gone seem like the most popular choices, either would be good ones to go with I think.
  13. Definitely Super Natural! Comeback would be a great choice too though.
  14. invisible string!
  15. Save a Kiss
  16. Genuinely shocked at no FKA Twigs. Don't understand that whatsoever. Gutted there's no Jessie or Rina too :'(
  17. Twigs has got to be the last one surely?
  18. YES CHARLI! So glad she's been nominated. Such an achievement for an album made in such a short amount of time and in the circumstances.
  19. Same. It's got to be on there, surely? Also nervous for Jessie Ware and Rina Sawayama, was really really hoping they'd both make it
  20. Georgia! So well deserved.
  21. Laura Marling's fourth nomination! Incredible. Great to see her, Dua and Kano announced. Loving the sound of Anna Meredith from this.
  22. The right song won for once :o Adore Good For You, I think it’ll always be my favourite of hers.
