  1. I think I might have to watch 'Made in Chelsea' just because I'll be so lost with TOWIE!

I used to love Arg but this series he's been a real bore and generally annoying (especially his 'laddy' chats with Mark which just make him look like a prick to everyone, surely?). Glad Lydia has seemingly completely ridden herself of him, although I'm still not overly keen on here...I loved the phone call between her and Rob, she seemed so lovely and cute there! She often has an 'I'm-trying-hard-not-to-laugh-because-this-is-meant-to-be-a-serious-conversation' face on though which pisses me riiiight off.

As for Lauren, good on her! Really dislike her but pushing Mark into the pool made me warm to her a bit definitely. Made him look like such a twat ha!

Oh and of course, Amy

  2. I love Bangladesh! He's produced some amazing Lil' Wayne songs, 'Bossy', 'Did It On 'Em'...granted, he's more miss than hit but when he gets it right he's incredible! Definitely agree about Polow Da Don, 'Blindfold Me' was indeed fabulous.
  3. Not a patch on Rock Steady! I've not played ROS for years and years but I never used to like it beyond the singles. I found it largely tuneless. I'll reinvestigate one day though, I'm sure.

No way! I think it's far stronger than 'Rock Steady' personally. Despite 'Rock Steady' having amazing singles (three of them would be in my top 10 ND songs) I always thought it wasn't that strong overall. It does have some amazing non-singles too (most notably 'Don't Let Me Down' and 'Making Out') but 'Return of Saturn' is by far the stronger album imo!

I've been listening to No Doubt quite a bit recently (this new album is taking BLOODY AGES) and I'd forgotten just how good 'Return of Saturn' is. Definitely their best album, no?

    01 'Ex-Girlfriend

    02 'Simple Kind of Life

    03 'Bathwater

    04 'Six Feet Under'

    05 'Magic's in the Makeup'

    06 'Artificial Sweetener'

    07 'Marry Me'

    08 'New'

    09 'Too Late'

    10 'Comforting Lie'

    11 'Suspension Without Suspense'

    12 'Staring Problem'

    13 'Home Now'

    14 'Dark Blue'

    15 'Big Distraction'

So many brilliant songs on there. Highlights for me would be 'Bathwater', 'New', 'Big Distraction' and my favourite 'Dark Blue'.

The only one I'm not so keen on is 'Staring Problem' (mainly because I really don't like songs that spell out words in them for some reason. Ha!)

So yes...do you agree it's their best album? Favourite tracks etc?

Only recently discovered this guy (after reading about him in an interview with Lykke Li) but WOW. Seriously incredible stuff!

Amazing how fresh and modern his music sounds despite being released twenty odd years ago (and him dying in 1992! :o).

Only taken a listen to these three albums so far but I'm in love.
