  1. My second favourite behind Blackout  Top 5 01 I’m a Slave 4 U 02 Overprotected 03 Boys 04 What It’s Like to Be Me 05 Bombastic Love The singles from this are some of my absolute favourites.
  2. 'Cool' is the absolute one
  3. Love this. Quite like PND anyway but even better with Rihanna being involved. So good to hear her even if she only does the chorus/backing vocals haha. SO reading for R9.
  4. sweetener for me too, my order is pretty similar to yours. 01 sweetener 02 thank u, next 03 Dangerous Woman 04 My Everything 05 Yours Truly The top three are all so solid.
  5. Obsessed with both of these, he just gets better and better. On The Floor might just be my song of the year so far.
  6. Couldn't love this more. Impossible not to listen to it on repeat
  7. Loving this on first listen. The pre-chorus (or pre-pre-chorus) melody really reminds me of Ariana’s Greedy.

Haha yeah I immediately thought of Take On Me when I first heard Blinding Lights, I just assumed everyone else did too :’)

Love a pop sax! Did the ‘Your Song’ interpolation on ‘Scared to Live’ take anyone else completely by surprise?

False Alarm sounds nothing like Blinding Lights! It always sounded quite Bloc Party-esque to me, which Blinding Lights...doesn’t. I’m actually quite liking this after not caring much about his last couple of albums. I think it’s pretty clear he’s going in a different direction to Trilogy so it’s best to just take it as it is I think haha In Your Eyes sounds huge to me. Ready to hear that sax everywhere
  11. This isn’t good, but I’d much prefer to listen to this than Close to Me, Sixteen or Hate Me 😅 I don’t see why people seem to be thinking that this is worse than those three. No idea what her or her label are thinking with this whole campaign though. Flux has been the only decent song – I cant imagine that ever being a hit though so I guess it’s no surprise it didn’t get a proper push.
  12. This isn’t doing much for me after a few listens, it’s not a patch on any of the Phoenix singles. It’s not bad but it’s far too Lewis Capaldi-esque for my liking  Hoping that’ll help it be a hit though!
  13. I think my order would be the same. 3 seems way too low for Summer Girl, it’s so perfectly breezy and fun, but the other two are just undeniable. Ugh SWOON.
  14. The Steps didn’t grab me on first listen but I’m obsessed with it now. Love all four from the album so far. I’ve loved both albums but this is feeling like a step up. Like everyone else I don’t get the reason for the first three being bonus tracks. They’re apparently on all versions anyway though so they might as well just be part of the standard version? Odd.
  15. Before the Fever is the post-apocalyptic anthem I didn’t know I needed
  16. XS is so good. 3/3 now
  17. Can’t wait. That artwork 👌🏼

Nancy and Frank definitely my favourite
  19. 01 Bad Romance 02 Applause 03 Stupid Love 04 Born This Way 05 Shallow 06 Just Dance 07 Perfect Illusion Her lead singles are never her best, Bad Romance aside. Most of them I like a lot but don’t love.
  20. So shocked and sad to read about this, absolutely devastated. One of the most vibrant, friendly and kind people on here, he was really one of a kind. I’ll miss him so much.
  21. Loving this despite not being completely sure on some of the singles at first. The last three tracks make it for me, what a closer IDORU is 😭 4ÆM is definitely the weak link for me

I came here to say the same thing. It’s like he’s finally found the balance between his earlier music and the last couple of albums. That build up 👌🏼

Best: Lil Wayne by far Worst: Lil Pump
  24. Thanks for this, Gezza. Really interesting to see the results. Pleasantly surprised to see Madonna ahead of Kylie, the latter always seems to have such a huge fan base on here but Madonna has always been miles ahead for me. Annoyed I didn’t vote in this. Björk would’ve been higher along with Lykke Li, Lauryn Hill and M.I.A. It wasn’t as obvious as I thought it’d be at all though.
