Love the album artwork. Can’t wait for the Kid Cudi collab 😭

Surely Star Wars at least will beat it in its opening week?
  3. No. For artists like Rihanna, greatest hits albums are pretty redundant now due to streaming, playlists etc. I understand why some still get released for older artists whose main fanbase would still be buying physical albums, but I don’t think it’d be right for Rihanna at this stage at all. For me it would be a waste of an album from her, I’d far rather any new material.

One I’ve Been Missing by far. Loneliest Time of Year has grown on me slightly but I still find it pretty nothingy like the rest of Mabel’s material :’)
  5. I can’t stand James, I’m glad Kate stood up for herself. He’s trying too hard to be the good guy, but actually just talking over everyone and valuing his own opinion above everyone else’s. Jacqueline’s by far my favourite at the moment, Caitlyn’s been great too.
  6. I’m not mad on Dance Monkey but would far prefer that at number again rather than Lewis Capaldi getting there. Have only heard Before You Go once but that was more than enough – can’t stand that growly voice :’)
  7. I love this  so sweet. Perfect for a Christmas single, reallly hope it does well for them.

This has the potential to be huge. Can’t wait for it. Glad they’re waiting for the new year to release it.

Oh my GOD, Know Better! Beautiful, devastating. 😭

Link Up 😍 call me Nashe Houdini Haven’t listened to this in full yet but it’s already SO much better than Joyride, thank god
  11. I saw this last night and was actually really disappointed. The idea is such a good one and it could’ve been done so well but I thought it felt really amateur and pantomime-esque quite a lot of the time! A lot of the songs felt really shoehorned in for the sake of it and there were way too many ‘yaaaas’, ‘I’m LIVING for it’, ‘this party is LIT’ lines that just came across quite cringeworthy :’) The singer who played Juliet was incredible though, as was the Anne Hathaway character and many of the others, I just wish the whole thing had been executed better. It was great seeing so many great songs being performed on the stage but some of them fell really flat (poor ‘Overprotected’ 😭).
  12. Baga’s is my favourite but Cheryl’s is pretty close. I love CATEGORY ESSEX so much.

YES. Can’t wait for this. I was hoping it’d be tomorrow but another week won’t hurt 😅 LOVE the artwork. Textless as well 👌🏼
  14. That’s a shame, I was sure this would be top 10 for her at least. Not that it matters too much though. I can’t see it missing the mercury shortlist so I’m sure it’ll get a second wind then. mary magdalene might just end up being my favourite song of the year. phenomenal.

Adore Touch & Go. Really like Die a Little Bit too but this is in another league. So smooth
  16. 9.4 from Pitchfork, matching NFR as the highest rated of the year and one of the highest rated of the decade Fully deserved, a masterpiece.

Obsessed with In My Room, my favourite of his for a long time. I wasn’t that fussed with DHL at first but I’m liking it a lot more now. Judging by the artwork, I’m guessing it’s from an album/project of 17 tracks? Love the whole aesthetic of this era.
  18. Was at her Brixton show last night and she absolutely killed it. I saw her a few months ago at Reading (she was the only reason I went really 🙃) and the crowd were so dead which had such an effect. Last night she was really in her element and the crowd were so there for it. I’ve seen so much about the crowd at Manchester being awful but luckily managed to avoid that last night, I was expecting the worst. Sorry it ruined it for you, Jack, I hate it when the crowd are like that and have such an effect on your night. Her bringing out Chris was definitely the highlight of the night  along with I Got It going OFF.
  19. The day music died.
  20. I saw them last night, tickets announced last minute and only £13 😱 I hadn’t given either of the ENSWBL albums much of a listen before getting tickets, but Red Desert going into The Runner is such a perfect opener. Was great to hear the new stuff live, definitely need to listen to them both more. They closed with Two Steps, Twice, which was such a moment – I felt like I was 17 again 😭
  21. FINALLY we feast
  22. I was there last night too. Couldn’t get over how incredible her voice was throughout. I knew she was an amazing vocalist but hearing it love just confirmed how much of a powerhouse she really is. Can’t imagine doing that for 80 nights... Highlights for me were Dangerous Woman, God is a woman, The Light is Coming (!), 7 Rings and thank u next, which was such a perfect closer. Loved the sweetener rings so much, such a great touch. Already looking forward to the next tour now.
  23. Yeah I can hear that too. Her voice 💕 Look at Me Now is out now, another beauty. Friday can’t come quick enough.
  24. Pills N Potions. I love High School, glad it’s doing the better of the two here!
