Stunning cover, I was worried I’d like the Atopos one more but this is even better. Love that it’s out so soon, can’t wait. I’m trying to get the turquoise one from One Little Independent but it keeps crashing 💔

So, so excited for this. Love that that’s just the single artwork, it’s stunning. Can’t wait to see the album artwork if we get something that great for the single. The colour palette  It’s like Biophilia’s twisted sister. Let’s just hope Fossora’s better than that album, as it’s probably my least favourite of hers.
  3. Ha I actually really like this. It’s not what I was expecting at all, but I love how fun, carefree and tongue-in-cheek it is. High camp!

I saw her tonight for the first time ever and loved every second 😭 What a show. Glad you had a great time too, Bal! The atmosphere was amazing and she was even more incredible than I thought she’d be. I was standing, and was originally quite near the back so I could make a swift exit for the train, but managed to get so close to the stage when she was at the piano. Crazy being able to get that close to her without actually putting the effort in to be at the front, ha. Must admit I wasn’t crazy about the setlist when I first saw it, but I think it was actually pretty perfect (the only ones I really missed were )
  5. Well… it’s terrible. Actually my least favourite yet, although I can’t stand any of them :’)

I love that it’s always such an event when she releases a new album. Having no idea what to expect definitely adds to that, but she’s exceeded all my expectations even from the first couple of listens. It’s a lot more varied than I thought it would be from Break My Soul, but it manages to be that while also being a really cohesive listen. Those transitions between songs  I love that it’s an ode to ball culture while also looking to the future of dance, like blacksquare says. The production throughout is impeccable… so much to unpack. Alien Superstar, Virgo’s Groove, All Up in Your Mind, Pure/Honey
  7. Somehow even worse than Potion 🙃 I don’t know why he always feels the need to shoehorn everyone into one song, it never works. This is the worst one yet though, it all sounds so disjointed and doesn’t go anywhere, Halsey’s part especially
  8. Loved his debut solo album, really looking forward to this on Friday. All three tracks released so far have been great, but Bad Habit is my favourite, glad to see it taking off!
  9. Agreed about both of those, two of my favourites too. Great to have a couple from each album, it does mean quite a few of my favourites aren’t included but I guess it’s always going to be impossible to include all the highlights with such a strong discography. Also agree about the artwork – usually really like his artwork but this seems so cheap in comparison. Especially the David Guetta ‘VOL 1’ font ha :’) Looking forward to having A Kid Named Cudi on steaming soon, that’s where the obsession began so it’ll be great listening to that for the first time in a while. The Prayer
  10. This is trash. Waiting for so long and then releasing this… what a way to lose the momentum from WAP and Up. Sad that I kind of knew it would be bad when I saw Kanye’s name mentioned – that used to signify something good was coming, but it’s the complete opposite now 💔
  11. October 28th is just the vinyl release date, it looks like the digital and CD release date is August 5th. I’m just here for the Tinashe track x
  12. So good, immediately up there as one of my favourites of the year. Darkness Forever and Feel It All the Time

What I Want!!! Absolutely huge. Need to listen to the rest of this, but I just have that on repeat so far. WHAT a song.
  14. 01 Jinkx Monsoon 02 Jaida Essence Hall 03 Raja 04 Shea Coulée 05 Trinity the Tuck 06 The Vivienne 07 Yvie Oddly 08 Monet X Change Shea was the clear standout for me at first but she’s floundered a bit in the last few weeks. She brought it back quite a bit in this challenge though. Monet is comfortably last for me, but I can’t help but love her still
  15. Was already excited for their return, but even more so now I know Perfume Genius is involved
  16. Overall: 01 Shea 02 Jinkx 03 Jaida 04 Raja 05 Trinity 06 Monet 07 Yvie 08 The Vivienne Actually loving them all though, so glad the weekly eliminations aren’t happening this series
  17. What an album  She just does not miss for me. An incredible five album run... I loved her switching things up a bit with So Sad So Sexy, but this is the Lykke Li I love. That YOU DON'T GO AWAY / HIGHWAY TO YOUR HEART / HAPPY HURTS section
  18. (and can already tell the chorus will be stuck in my head all week)
  19. The album artwork is everything 🤩 one of my favourite covers in a long time Agree that This Hell is very BTW era Gaga, which really suits her. I wish it went a bit harder in places, but I’m liking it a lot. Really hoping she’ll properly take off with this era, I feel like she’s set up to huge now.
  20. It’s up there with Kanye’s last few albums for me in terms of biggest disappointments (although I still have hope I’ll like the next album, whereas for Kanye I think I’m done with him :’) ). Melodrama is one of my favourite albums of the last ten years and this is just…there. Definitely the biggest disappointment of last year for me. And no Blue Banisters slander pls, it’s one of Lana’s best!
  21. This is so gorgeous
  22. Honey for me – one of my all time favourites  My All would be my second favourite, but there are so many classics in her discography.
  23. Impossible to get tickets for their KOKO show 😭
  24. New album out May 20th! Can't wait, she's one of my absolute favourites and always delivers. That artwork! 01 No Hotel 02 You Don't Go Away 03 Highway To Your Heart 04 HappyHurts 05 Carousel 06 5D 07 Over 08 ü&i No Hotel is out now, and stunning as always. Reminds me of the more raw tracks on I Never Learn, love it. xki9fFaeqcM
  25. I'm yet to listen to the album in full but Candy is up there with her best for me already  It seems like most people are loving the album despite not being sure about the singles. It's been an interesting rollout... must admit I've loved everything though (even Chicken Teriyaki is fun  )
