  1. Rooting for sombr. Such a great song and artist
  2. I think it’s just gone viral. I’ve heard it a fair bit over the past week
  3. I’ve never heard anyone say they like Teddy Swims. Who’s listening to it??
  4. The exhausting number of names of Diddy/Puff Daddy/P Diddy/Puff Daddy & The Family/P. Diddy & The Bad Boy Family

Hoping Noah Kahan can keep climbing
  6. And she’s not scraped in either! Well done Kylie! Incredible achievement.
  7. It’s a bit Dua by numbers isn’t it? Not surprised it’s not got higher
  8. So so pleased for Loreen. I didn’t think Euphoria could ever be topped but here we are. Fantastic longevity for a Eurovision song - the most popular one for many many years
  9. Even more impressive that Kylie has done it with a solo record without the help of a duet/DJ

I think Raye will (deservedly) do it. The gap has narrowed from 12k to 6k and she has the streaming advantage. I can see it increasing in popularity and being a long-running number one. A performance at the Brits would help

It’s been a great year already. My favourites so far: Father John Misty - Chloe and the next 20th Century The Weeknd - Dawn FM Harry Style - Harry’s House

I might be totally wrong here but is Kate Bush the only solo UK female to ever have a self-penned number one without any co-writers? I’m sure I read that somewhere ages ago

The charts have always been manipulated in some way unfortunately, it’s just the way it’s manipulated has changed However I personally don’t think the ACR rule is fair - as someone said earlier the charts should reflect what’s the most popular (but then of course this is manipulated itself by playlists and radio play)
  15. Can see this becoming a decent hit. Very radio friendly. And cute video too.
