Wonder if Javid has anything to do with that. Just watching Javid's Covid statement in the Commons and he does seem less cautious than Hancock.

Just your opinion. As Sajid Javid said at the weekend, we have to now learn to live with Covid like we do the flu. Businesses like night clubs, theatres etc, can't go on being closed forever or only being a third full. They won't ever re-open. Social distancing is to end completely on 19th in pubs and also schools but Boris thinks that'll be in the new term in Sept.

Boris is right. It's high time now that all restrictions were lifted. We've had restrictions for 15 months. People are fed up and want big summer barbecues. We're having one for Rachel's friends on 24th now, about a dozen coming. The infection and death rate is so low now. Even supermarkets don't seem bothered about masks any more. Well the ones I've been to lately have left it up to you whether to wear one or not.
