Apparently according to Carlo but I'm personally holding off for a few more days, itunes has played up before then fixed itself days later. Does anyone know if on the new version of itunes there are still links to other countries itunes homepages? (I'm presuming yes). I just forced myself on US itunes and used the pop bar link on page 1 and it showed me there pop bars too so it works for each country, you learn something new each day :dance:

I do, I did wonder actually if that was the reason I was having problems but assumed it would say my version was out of date and would no longer work rather than saying it was just temparily unavailable. I only kept it due to the pop bars but theres a way to get it on the newer versions isn't there?

Yeah I've been getting it since Friday, no idea why its happening. I did mention it on here but no-one seemed to be having a problem at the time, kinda glad its not just me though - was worried it was my computer. It still lets you search though (presumingly you can still buy songs), you just can't access the main page. Hopefully it will sort itself :(

I know there were glitches with itunes this morning (after reading the thread) but has anyone had problems accessing it today? Its been saying ''We could not complete your itunes store request. The itunes store is temporarily unavailable, please try again later'' all day for me, my connection is fine and it was ok last night? Won't even let me do it once I've logged on!

Surely now though the Flood will be up against the X Factor finalists so may get stuck at #2 anyway?

Rihanna is now #1 and beginning to pull away now (esp from Cheryl who is still stuck at #3 but will be #2 tomorrow). I'd imagine Cheryl will catch up or overtake after X Factor on Sunday though.

I was quite surprised they didnt mention who was on next weeks X Factor at all, not even mentioning that Cheryl was performing. I guess in theory she may perform in mid November but then with quite a few acts probably performing then including Westlife, Take that, JLS, Subo, Alex Im not sure when she'd be on. I'm just now hoping she performs on the 31st, Cheryl will definately go #1 in the first week, I just hope Rihanna can climb the following :cry:

Sadly #2 behind Cheryl Cole though I don't think Cheryl will sell anywhere near 300k like FFTL did. I think it could come down who gives the better performance actually and it honestly wouldnt surprise me if Rihanna climbed the following week (but may be thats just wishful thinking). Who knows...

I wouldnt say JLS beating Take That is certainty just yet as TT are now ahead of JLS on HMV pre-ordered (although I realise its not the only way to look at pre-orders) so it still could be anybodys. Loving the Irish charts this year, looks like Michael could be #1 next week in Ireland, didnt really expect that at all. Joe looks like he isn't even gonna go top 10 even after his performance. @CianS - Did you realise that you've missed out Yolanda Be Cool from your Irish #1s sig? Just thought I'd say :P

Quite like this already but it will be interesting to hear what Take That's newie is like though (arent they released the same day?). If TT come back with the corker then it could be a big battle. TT I'm positive will win the album battle though.

I wonder if I Like that by Luciana will be a hit in the UK? Especially considering its success in Australia. I could see them releasing that in the Uk in January maybe?

This will easily go top 3, if not #1. Its main competition will be Robbie & Gary but I actually think this could well beat it to be honest but its kinda hard to tell this far ahead.

It could be a tight race at the end of the week i think, Eminem is almost at #2 now, very much helped by video airplay (its being played each hour by the Box which is obviously helping).

They did play the Erik Hassle english version this morning. Scott played it around 8:40am this morning but said he would play the french version tomorrow (he said he prefered the french version but the callers opinions were mixed, either loving one or the other). If music channels also begin playing it then I can see it going top 10 in no time to be honest, here's hoping Radio1 playlist now. PS Ireland usually has the same release schedule to us as they get the same channels as us too.

Too true, on Heart fm when they advertise Big top 40 they keep saying ''Can the Wanted beat Yolanda this weekend for #1'' so they must think its gonna be big

I'm still surprised the compilation is even still available, Billionnaire will be taken top 10 soon otherwise. Surely its only a matter of time? I reckon the label may just release the song now.
