With this season going currently, I’m kinda over the brackets and how it doesn’t really allow many people to really shine, so a little bit “eh” to see it happening again. It’s been four years since we just played it… normally, I feel like they could get a good enough cast for that now? Also a notable lack of older seasons in that list that I usually look forward to seeing.

This is her best in ages for me. Feels like a Becky Hill track but giving the formula a much needed switch up because it does feel like we’ve been getting the same track reheated for a while now. Love the aggression of the verses and the way it builds in such an intense way. I feel like this could get some chart traction yet, I wouldn’t rule it out straight away.

My vote for Marry The Night does not break the tie x

Really happy to see this song do well for Olivia, it sounds less commercial than Drop Dead so feels like more of a reward for this to do well.

I’d imagine a K-Pop entry in any contest has a rather high amount of streams, it’s just not quite as popular on Buzzjack as it is in the wider world. In all seriousness, I actually thought you were all overhyping a K-Pop song from the get go and never thought I stood a chance so I’m genuinely surprised you guys were closer to being correct. 2 points IS rough so soon after Some Kinda Heaven came close too but can’t exactly complain about doing so well again. Four top 10s in a row is the best I might have ever done? And with a K-Pop song that I thought might be very divisive but it’s one of my songs of the year for sure so would’ve regretted not taking a chance on it. It seems to have taken on, when I see it in videos, some kind of "beer garden" lads chanting with their arms around one another, pint in hand kind of cult status, that the likes of Oasis, Mr Brightside & Sweet Caroline have. I don't suppose Mr Brightside sounds wildly summery either but it's the audience that it appeals to rather than the sound or theme of the song, I guess.
