  1. 'The Universal' next for me. The overuse of the song on the British Gas adverts has worn it out for me
  2. 7. Beetlebum Released in January 1997 as the lead single from the band's eponymous fifth album, Blur. Written about Blur frontman Damon Albarn's experiences with heroin, the song features Beatles-influenced music and a mood that Albarn described as "sleepy" and "sexy." Despite fears of the song's uncommercial nature, the single debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart, becoming Blur's second track to reach the top of the charts. 4. Great to see MK doing really well already. Hope it can be another Top 40 hit for him
  5. Really enjoying this album, great to hear them exploring a more funk-rock sound in this album. I found 'Concrete and Gold' a bit of a let down, so glad to hear them back on top form.
  6. Looking forward to this already!
  7. Surprised Radio 2 are playing this. Great to see Radio 1 support. I know it's cheesy, but it's not that bad
  8. Wow! Better late than never I suppose!
  9. I'm surprised there's no 'Old Town Road' or 'Meant To Be'
  10. ‘Perfect’ never made it either but ‘Galway Girl’ did.
  11. Unlikely. It’s too late in the chart week and will unlikely to get the streams.
  12. 23. Michael Ball and Captain Tom Moore - You’ll Never Walk Alone
  13. 'Beetlebum' again for me
  14. 8. There's No Other Way Released on the 15th April 1991 as the second single from their debut album 'Leisure' and peaked at Number 8 in the UK Top 40. 15. The original obviously. 'Friday' is very cheesy as you'd expect, but it's not that bad. I did like the Bump 'N' Grind mashup too.
  16. Hasn’t struck me on first listen I’m afraid. Hope it’s a grower
  17. Voting Beetlebum again!
  18. 9:- End Of A Century Released in November 1994, it was the last single to be released from their third album Parklife. "End of a Century" reached number 19 on the UK Singles Chart, considered a disappointment by Andy Ross of Food Records. According to Wikipedia, Albarn later stated that "End of a Century" may not have been the best choice for the album's fourth single, and that "This Is a Low" would have been a better alternative. c3h_dqnAQ5k Out so far: 9th: End of A Century 10th: Charmless Man 11th: To The End 12th: She's So High 13th: On Your Own 14th: For Tomorrow 15th: No Distance Left To Run 16th: Country House 17th: This Is A Low 18th: Music Is My Radar
  19. It will probably feature a few newer Country tracks/cross over Country hits that have been out since (Old Town Road, Meant To Be, Ward Thomas, Keith Urban/ Pink etc....)
  20. I don’t think that’ll be the official first single, Tom will probably put something more radio friendly out within the next couple of weeks if not before.
  21. Waiting on a War has been playlisted by Radio 1 so I should think it’s the official second single.
  22. This isn't as bad as I feared it would be actually, it's a bop!
  23. It was a Top 10 hit for the Tavares in 1978 then covered by 911 in the 90's so it's probably well known thanks to those versions.
  24. I can't wait until then! C'mon lads speed up!
