Dev’s mentioned a few posts above. Shame to see Huw go. I hope he can move over to 6 music at some point.

How so? It’s doing well on iTunes at the moment

The clear out continues with Huw Stephens and Phil Taggart leaving at the end of the year. https://radiotoday.co.uk/2020/11/huw-stephe...it-bbc-radio-1/

Looking forward to this! I presume it’ll be out later today.

According to posts I've seen on Facebook Tesco and Sainsbury's have stopped selling CD's and Asda is set to stop after Christmas. I don't know how true that is, I'm in Wales and the supermarkets have blocked the isles of non essential items so I can't check for myself at the moment. I really hope it's not true, but if that's the case NOW really need HMV and independents to help sell the albums.

Really hope Faithless remain Top 5. They've reduced the CD to 6.99 on Amazon now, so hope that can help them a little.

Has Blossoms really sold nothing since yesterday’s update?

Did Radio 1 not playlist 'All For You' and 'Someone to Call My Lover' in 2001? I certainly remember them being played at the time?

OMG! I forgot about that Paul Van Dyk track. Trance music at its best!

This is really good and just what I needed today!

I really hope Faithless and Gorillaz will be Top 5 this week.

e6myE6z3fN4 New track Innadance out today ahead of the album release on Friday.

Why is Nelly Furtado back? Tik Tok effect is it?

I’m in the Booty Luv camp. They could do no wrong back in the day IMO!

I very much doubt they'll playlist her track with Keith Urban, but I think the continued Radio 1 support will depend on whatever she comes back with for her next era.

We normally do these in the 'Non Radio 1 Playlist' thread. :)

Maxïmo Park have announced details of their forthcoming new album “Nature Always Wins”, and the album’s first single - 'Baby, Sleep.' 5Qf6GYCFxvQ

Great to see Ella added. I presume they’ve playlisted the non-rap album version of ‘Levitating’. Shame to see Biffy given the boot.

Travis have now reduced their album to £4.99 on iTunes. Hopefully that’ll help get a few extra sales in

Really like both, but Biffy just edges it for me.

I don't remember OANLT or 'Please Stay' being massive radio airplay tracks at the time which is strange given how massive 'Spinning Around' was. Fast forward a year and there was no getting away from Kylie!

They’ve reduced the album to £6.99 on iTunes

Great to see Travis Number 1 in the midweeks, though HO will probably overtake once missing days is added.

Shame there’s no Becky this week. Hopefully next week!
