Kylie Minogue's most-streamed songs: Official Top 40
10. Kids (with Robbie Williams) Released: 2000 Official Singles Chart peak: Number 2 Total UK streams: 11 million Won't someone think of the children? Kylie, ascendant on a post-Spinning Around high, teamed up with Britain's best pop bad boy for a raunchy anthem all about getting up to get down, as well Kylie's very valid flex that she's been dropping beats since back in black (that's AC/DC, not Amy Winehouse). 9. Better The Devil You Know Released: 1990 Official Singles Chart peak: Number 2 Total UK streams: 12.1 million One of the most important songs in Kylie's career, Better The Devil You Know was one of the last victory laps with Stock Aitken Waterman, and its vampy, campy music video full of fire and little black dresses (maybe her best video ever?) pushed Kylie further into a more mature sphere. Here's where the girl next door began to grow up. 8. The Loco-Motion Released: 1987 Official Singles Chart peak: Number 2 Total UK streams: 12.4 million Come on, you know the moves. Don't pretend you don't. 7. Say Something Released: 2020 Official Singles Chart peak: Number 56 Total UK streams: 13 million Say something, say anything. Kylie's plea for intimacy in a time of social disconnect became one of the bright lights of lockdown, and a mid-career highlight for our Disco queen. 6. All The Lovers Released: 2010 Official Singles Chart peak: Number 3 Total UK streams: 15 million Proving that no-one does a comeback quite like Kylie, she side-stepped some of the disappointment of X to return at full strength with All The Lovers, whose intense and passionate production courtesy of Stuart Price really makes you feel everything Kylie is preaching. 5. Dancing Released: 2018 Official Singles Chart peak: Number 38 Total UK streams: 21.1 million The lead track from Golden, Dancing represented another surprising left-of-centre turn for Kylie, trading in her gold hot pants for some Daisy Dukes as she went country. Well, not full country, Dancing is still classic Kylie, proving that whatever turns her career takes, she'll still have one eye on the dancefloor. 4. Spinning Around Released: 2000 Official Singles Chart peak: Number 1 Total UK streams: 21.6 million Quite simply one of the most inspired comeback tracks ever released, Kylie ended years in the pop wilderness with one of her strongest-ever statements. Originally recorded by Paula Abdul (!) for an album that never materialised, it was re-tooled by Kylie as her reintroduction to the dancefloor she had fled in Impossible Princess. And it was so nice to welcome to her home. 3. Love At First Sight Released: 2002 Official Singles Chart peak: Number 2 Total UK streams: 22 million One of many hits from Kylie's resurgent Fever record, Love At First Sight has proved to be a timeless record, a nu-disco classic that was serving Future Nostalgia long before dreams of pop stardom were even glinting in Dua Lipa's eye. 2. Can't Get You Out Of My Head Released: 2001 Official Singles Chart peak: Number 1 Total UK streams: 57 million Can't Get You Out Of My Head still (and probably always will) sounds like the future. A hypnotic synth-pop track, Kylie's defining song may have come nearly two decades into her career - and been pitched to everyone from S Club 7 to Sophie Ellis-Bextor - but no-one could have mastered this moment like her. Taking the sex appeal of her early years, to the fantastically outré flourishes of albums like Impossible Princess and sanding it down with an impossibly shiny pop sheen, Can't Get You Out Of My Head has endured as one of the most memorable pop hooks of the 21st century. 1. Santa Baby Released: 2000 Official Singles Chart peak: Number 31 Total UK streams: 74 million Damn you Christmas! Originally released as a B-side in 2000, Kylie's camp take on the Eartha Kitt festive classic was repackaged for her (more successful than you may believe) Kylie Christmas record, and as much benefits massively from year-on-year streams everytime winter rolls around. No, we can't believe this beat Get Outta My Way either. Oasis
I think it will happen....one day. I don't think it'll be any day soon as both are busy with their own stuff. Noel's got a new album and he's touring this year too. Next year would be the most obvious time as it'll be 30 years since 'Defiantly Maybe', though hasn't Liam already announced something to mark this? If and when it does happen, the tour will be massive and will sell stadiums out in minutes and will probably headline Glastonbury, but with regards to new music it'll probably sell about the same as Noel's HFB's and Liam's solo does. Let's be fair what their both putting out now is similar to what Oasis would be putting out if they hadn't have split.

Now That's What I Call Music! Thread [Part 6]
As I said before, someone wanting to listen to Simply Red and Noel Gallagher's HFB's will not get through the Skrillex and Sub Focus tracks. I honestly think the path they started on 102 - cutting out the rap tracks and focussing on the big mainstream pop hits, accessable dance tracks, and singles from the recent big album sellers was the right to be approach to be moving forwards with. They should have stuck this format out. Despite leaving out the big rap/grime hits (which are unlistenable to the majority of people over 30) 102 was far more focussed and a better listen throughout without the awkward gear changes from ballads top drum n bass to grime to MOR. The flow doesn't work at all and overall isn't a good listen. I now think it's time for the series to drop down to two editions per year - one in April/May and one in Oct/Nov and for them to release it on Vinyl, limited edition Cassettes as well as CD and download.

Joel Corry & Billen Ted feat. Elphi - Do U Want Me Baby?
No thanks. A massive disappointment after the monster 'Lionheart (Fearless)'.

David Guetta, Anne-Marie, Coi Leray - Baby Don't Hurt Me
Hasn't this been done before? The best thing about sampling 'Blue' was that it's not often covered/sampled where as 'What Is Love' has.

Now That's What I Call Music! Thread [Part 6]
To be honest I think the Radio 2/adult/collectors market would be more excited about Lewis Capaldi and Pink appearing than they would be Raye and SZA, so it's probably quite right these lead the album. Plus Pink has been around for a while from a Number 1 album and a top radio airplay hit. It's obvious they've had problems getting the rights to the likes of Miley Cyrus, Harry Styles, Rihanna. Whether these are financial or just the record labels, who knows. I do also wonder if it's the adult market they are now targeting whether it would be worth the first half of Discs 1&2 (say 10-12 tracks) to be the big hits followed by the Radio 2 throwaway fodder at the end of disc 1 with the more edgy dance/rap/grime at the back of disc 2. I can't see how anyone who wants to get to listen to Simply Red, Noel Gallagher, Shania etc will manage to get through Sub Focus, Skrillex etc... to get to them without shutting it off. Yes, there's the skip option, but surely the want people to get the most out of the album, enjoy it and to keep coming back to listening to it in order for them to keep new editions selling. Just common sense surely?

Now That's What I Call Music! Thread [Part 6]
It's either the record company holding back the rights until the streaming numbers for 'Flowers' and her album sales have died down or the track is just to expensive for Now to license at this moment. Let's be fair, the albums are only really selling to Now fans and collectors, I doubt there are lots of casual buys anymore so costs have had to be cut when compiling the albums, which means waiting longer for bigger hits like 'Flowers' and the new Calvin Harris/Ellie Goulding collab etc... to appear indeed if they do.

Now That's What I Call Music! Thread [Part 6]
I'd say given that Miley is not mentioned on the cover, she won't be on there which will be a shame, obviously the record company don't want to issue the rights to 'Flowers' just yet and may well keep it for 115.

United Kingdom · Eurovision Song Contest 2023
Maybe a grower, but on first listen I think it's so poor, generic and bland. I think we would be better off letting Sam Ryder representing us again tbh!
