Matt is ahead in the Irish midweeks (according to an Irish radio station)................Midweek sales for No.1. Matt Cardle: 43000ish. @Rubberbandits: 17000ish. So Matt is obviously selling more physicals.

Too right. This week will pretty much equal last week`s across the board in terms of sales - singles and albums. The high street will be frantic by Wednesday.

Probably more to do with the Winner`s Story on Saturday night where they played the video at the end. I have a feeling his sales this week might just come close to last week, given that this week should be frantic on the high street right up until Friday.

That`s because most people are out buying the physical with the extra tracks on.

Because everyone`s buying the physical single lol. Reports that lots of stores sold out by lunchtime and some not even received copies yet.

I love SS album - especially Youngblood and Paved Paradise - Matt`s voice is fantastic on every track. It`s currently at No 1 in Amazon download chart.

The second one was recorded with his previous band Darwyn in 2005 - his voice is not as mature and the album not as accomplished as Seven Summers.

The working title is Many of Horrors (When We Collide) so all they have done is to make the title more consumer-friendly. It matters not - still a great cover of a great song.

Matt at only 80% of his vocal ability because of his ongoing health problems still wiped the floor with the rest of them. If his voice is back to full strength tonight he has it in the bag.
