Shall we all post the same thing again?

Most consecutive/collective Top 10/20 singles in the UK
And did you read my post before replying? It's listed under other charted songs. It's not listed with their actual singles. Also if you go to the Sound of the Underground page and click along through their releases, you will not see it. Hasn't this been solved already anyway? It gets stated then people continue to argue for both sides throwing back the exact same arguments in about 5 different posts. Get over it. Instead of doing this, I will just refer you back to my original reply - the last section.

Most consecutive/collective Top 10/20 singles in the UK
No matter how much you argue the point, their core fans and the general public are never going to include 'St. Trinians' in the list of Girls Aloud releases. Pretty much every article about them and anything they feature on will continue to list them as having 20 consecutive Top 10s. Anyone going through Wikipedia for general information or any fansite or anything will not see 'St. Trinians' in their run. That's in the same way as if a random song from an artists album gets in the Top 75, people are hardly going to care or recognise it's existance. You can argue to facts of it being a song and in this day and age its a songs chart so everything counts yada yada yada, but that's only going to affect those who follow the chart closely....in general terms it will be Untouchable which breaks their consecutive run in most peoples eyes. Just to settle a stupid, old argument - both are right... - They had 20 consecutive Top 10 SINGLES - They had 17 consecutive Top 10 chart entries Either way they STILL have more than any UK girl group EVER! That record was secured ages ago!

PREDICT: Girls Aloud - Untouchable
Yeah...it will struggled. Do prefer it to TLK though.

They are not performing TWO of their #1 singles...apparently

PREDICT: Girls Aloud - Untouchable
Sunday 26 April. Good to see it doing something though. It's higher than TLK was at the same period on download sites so that's pretty good. Pity there is no promotion. Whoever asked where they can download the single edit...you cant. Don't be illegal. Support them!!!

Favourite Kelly Albums and Songs from them
Glad as I scrolled down more people had Thankful! I cannot pick a favourite album - I would love to say My December as I think it deserved to do a lot better and it's got some fantastic tracsk for a good 'ole scream but then All I Ever Wanted is my current favourite. I'm sure that's merely because it's new though. So I'll just list my favourite tracks from each... All I Ever Wanted - Already Gone - All I Ever Wanted - Impossible My December - Maybe - One Minute - Sober Breakaway - Because of You - Addicted - Since You Been Gone Thankful - Just Missed the Train - Beautiful Disaster - Low

Best Singer of the Five
I'd say... Nadine Nicola Sarah Cheryl Kimberley That is, however, on the whole. I would change Kimberely and Cheryl around from time to time as I think sometimes Kim demonstrates brilliant control with a beautiful tone to her voice. The Dirty Dancing medley and Apologize on Live Lounge spring to mind as two such examples. Nicola's voice is sometimes quite annoying in my opinion but she does have some good vocal chords on her. The musical medley on the Chemistry tour being one performance I think she is fantastic in. I must admit, her solo songs on albums never capture me though. Sarah - people are overly harsh on this woman and I think many people rate her on things such as that bum note on GMTV. When Sarah's good, she's very good. It's when she's bad shes just a bit...BLAH! I think a lot of it is that she goes a bit crazy and gets caught up in it all and doesnt really control her voice like she should which is a bit poo.

Girls Aloud • Untouchable
Which is roughly 5 places higher than TLK had gotten on iTunes at about the same time :)

Girls Aloud ∙ Total Sales Thread
Figures are taken from www.girlsaloud.net (direct topic is: http://www.girlsaloud.net/showthread.php?t=26731) which is updated usually around release periods. The information on there is provided by someone in the industry who knows the admin. I know this because I'm the admin :naughty: Haha! Accuracy? Well...I was the one who said the Greatest Hits was going to return to the Top 10 and was told "when pigs fly" only for it to be true! MWHAHA! lol. :P I'll try and get us some more up to date figures as soon as to check the estimates against :)

iTunes Chart // Early April
Well considering everyone likes to slate TLK....at this stage in it's chart career it was actually #38 (Official Singles) and this is clinging on to a Top 40 place so it's not like Untouchable is doing great.

Girls Aloud • Untouchable
The Loving Kind hardly flopped. It went Top 10 and has outsold the likes of Sexy! No No No... (one of the most underrated singles ever I feel) and The Show....though that's mostly down to the fact sales were generally p*** poor when the latter was released.

iTunes Thread: March 2009
It's played all the time on Capital FM and was played my Scott Mills on Radio One recently, so it's not too shocking. Surprised The Saturdays havent fallen more. I'd expect Islands in the Stream to be at #1 by the weekend.

Comic Relief Singles
Yes. Due to the past two releases by actual music acts not performing as well as the comedy release, this year the Gavin and Stacey track is the lead Comic Relief single and the one that most news reports have picked up on.

Girls Aloud - The Loving Kind: predict
Er...Single Ladies is recognised and promoted as a single release. It has a single cover doesn't it? Though whoever mentioned songs being download only as not being singles is mistaken since they can be promoted and released as such. Anyway, St. Trinian's is hardly viewed as an actual Girls Aloud release and anyone to suggest so clearly does it to cause a reaction from Girls Aloud fans. Are we therefore now including the server 200-100 placings of songs from say Arctic Monkey's in their singles chart run? You can believe whatever you like if that makes you happy but at the end of the day no press article or publication is ever going to agree and recognise that as part of their string of releases. Going with your way, they STILL hold the record for consecutive Top 10s and have done since the charting of See The Day in 2005. All the releases since are a bonus. Their record is actually certified by Guiness World Records (and they do not acknowledge St. Trinians either). As for the "who is the biggest girl group?" argument - you are mistaken to believe Sugababes have sold tonnes more! They have not. Girls Aloud have sold more singles and with fewer releases, being less than a million sales behind overall with one album less than Sugababes. Worldwide? Does anyone actually care when the markets Sugababes sell in have remained untapped by Girls Aloud or are so small it seems pointless to consider! What's more, Girls Aloud have had three sell out arena tours, a sell out theatre tour and sold out their latest dates at Europe's two largest indoor arenas (MEN and O2) in less than 20 minutes - Sugababes have not. Both groups deserve recognition for their individual successes, however. Can we please all now get over it? I mean Girls Aloud fans too as we're just as bad, if not worse! And before I get accussed of joining merely to post that. No...I joined a while ago and have been a user of this site for many months but thought I should have an input. *rant over*
