The Chicago-born performer made the extraordinary admission in a new interview. She revealed: “I prefer silence to putting on a CD. “Listening to music doesn’t relax me and I find it hard to think straight when it’s on.” I’ve often felt that too while professional obligations have forced me to feed one of her CDs into the Bizarre hi-fi.
