I'm sure Jay can confirm but I believe it only had 2 weeks in the top 200 (first week and the week the vinyl came out), plus another week just outside the top 200 the week after the vinyl release as it seems some of those sales leaked into the following week for some reason, indicating that it probably should have been higher than #80 that one week.
(Digging up the Discord message that Jay mentioned this in, the week of its top 100 entry it only had 176 streaming sales, that's nowhere near enough to place it in the top 200 in any normal week)
Its total in those 3 weeks was 3,628 which means it's sold 27,362 in the remaining weeks, it's been out for ~29 months so a very rough estimate from that without counting the exact number of weeks places its average weekly sales excluding those 3 weeks somewhere around 250 (a little less than that I think) which seems reasonable, but again definitely not enough to make it a top 200 staple.
It'll probably trickle to silver eventually but I don't know if I'd say her profile has really increased that much with this album, she's mostly just consolidated her fanbase more into one week and played the game smarter to maximise the sales out of that fanbase. This album still didn't really do particularly well on streaming.

Looking back at this thread I actually completely forgot about Blanck Mass joining the band  but his influence has definitely been a good one clearly as I loved all of the first 3 singles ('Karma Climb' is my fave of the 3), looking forward to hearing the rest of the album.
Hoping this album will at least be top 5 for them, not sure if top 3 is in reach though (5SOS and D-Block Europe I assume will be the top 2 and I can see Editors being behind Sports Team too, also saw the other day that there's a physical re-release of ABBA Gold apparently).

It definitely won't and I'm pretty sure he's not aiming to with this! One would assume he'll be dropping a shorter poppier single for the charts ahead of the album but this seems more like a statement of his return than an attempt at a big comeback hit single. Dave released a similarly lengthy all rap no hook single a few weeks ago and missed the top 40, I expect this will do a bit better as there's more hype around it being a comeback release / the music video but I'd be shocked if it was contending for much higher than like low top 10 at a push.

'Unholy' has gone in as high as #4 on US Spotify as well - the power of being teased on TikTok for literal months I guess.
DBE usually do really well on Apple as well of course so that chart could look very different whenever it gets around to unfreezing. Most intrigued to see where Stormzy is with it being an uncommercial song dropped with zero warning - looks like there's been quite a bit of buzz about the cameo-packed music video already though.

Thanks for these stats Jay! Surprised there are so few top 10 albums that didn't also go top 10 on sales actually (and of the few that did, the majority went to the extreme of not even being top 100).
None of the sales #1s of the year beating the old benchmark drop of 'Bionic' then  although oof at Digga D going 2-x (though it's more surprising he got as high as #2 on sales than anything else).
Looked it up and Kendrick, like The Weeknd, got a new sales peak with the release of his vinyls and went 3-50. He also went 9-50 in the first and second weeks of CD availability so 3 separate big drops from the top 10 lol (although surprisingly he actually held up pretty well in the weeks between the CD and vinyl releases and is in fact still hanging onto the album sales chart now, currently #80 with 14 weeks on the chart!)

Well these results suddenly took a drastic turn for the worse <_<
'I Wanna Sex You Up' and 'Deeply Dippy' are both utterly skin crawling. Didn't necessarily expect them to get through but I'm disappointed they're this near the bottom. Boo you all. x
'Do The Bartman' as the 'best' novelty song I can get behind though ~

Welcome back again coi! :jump:
We have a fair handful of returning nations again this month (Bhangra back from a one month ban, Land of DW/Suedeonia/(hopefully still) Yobnedorica back after missing last month for holidays, and Kingdom of Horanius and Pagasa also back as well as Arcodesia), and with that we've now hit 60 confirmed nations. Although still waiting for 4 of those to reconfirm (and there may be further vetoes to come) - typical that the month I finally deliver on getting vetoes sorted relatively quickly people seem to be taking their time to reconfirm more than usual anyway
Yet to receive an entry from the following who entered last month:
Aelandor
Cadelicia
Cumulonimbia
Elëdan
Republic of Adonia
Ultraviolenceland
Varakë
(aware we aren't expecting a UVland entry)

Do we know what took Sam so long to release this? Coz I've been hearing that chorus on Tik Toks for (what feels like) months now. After the initial hype, I think this could be quite a short run for them tbh. Already seen a Tik Tok of someone say that they missed the boat and that they are a month or so too late coz nobody cares for the song much anymore, that video had 110k likes last night or something.
Meanwhile 'Heat Waves' remained popular for like 2 years straight

Is this the first final appearance for 'Fellas In Paris' as well? Surprised but pleased to see that, also going out on a high!
We love to see the power of the 9 'The Last Man On Earth' fans once more :cheeseblock: not going to be getting my maximum points again in the final but maybe next year x I ought to relisten to 'Don't Delete The Kisses', I have heard it but don't know it that well (I was more a fan of 'Beautifully Unconventional' from that era but really didn't get into Wolf Alice that much until their last album).
Hooray for 'The Hills', 'Perfect Places', 'Hallucinate' and 'Royals' as well.

'Language' making the final on its last chance to do so!!! (I think this is the first time it has got to the final?)
Actually really good results here in general, 'exile' barely missed my votes but still a great winner, also great to see 'Another Love', 'cardigan' and 'If I Could Change Your Mind' through this time plus 'All Too Well' (it's a 2021 song in my eyes xx), 'INDUSTRY BABY' and by the power of divine intervention 'SHUM' making the final in their first years  And hooray that 'On Hold' is still secure in the final despite not qualifying directly this time.
Super close for the last few slots there, Måneskin down in 39th but only 11 points away :o one more voter could have swung things dramatically.

The DBE track on New Music Friday is one that they just dropped a music video for as well so I guess that was just not true about the Ed collab being the focus track. It's quite deep into the tracklist on the album as well so now not as sure that it'll make much of an impression on the chart. Maybe it'll be one they push a bit later on like 'Ferrari Horses'/'Make You Smile'.
They have kept the tracklist of this album a bit shorter than most of their previous releases, clocking in at a 'mere' 16 tracks, 4 of which were already singles. That's still at least 15 more tracks than a D-Block Europe release needs to be though of course, and that's being generous...

Thoroughly enjoyed this as well, there were 16 songs that I would have been happy to vote for. I am interested to see if the more well known artists end up filling up the top end of the results - not to say that they wouldn't necessarily deserve to do so on merit (the a-ha song in particular is fantastic and quite an unexpected sound from them!) but I hope there are some more obscure picks that get a look in as well.
