  1. It's not quite gained 25% from the same day last week on Spotify (although close). Could go either way.
  2. Central Cee also has 3 new entries and a re-entry from his EP: 30 WAGWAN 160 DC10 163 FEELINGS 193 ICEMAN FREESTYLE (re-entry) And 2 other new entries: 162 The Long Faces - Jane! 197 Chris Stussy - Believe In Yourself The former is from 2018, another random TikTok trend it appears. Latter is a new release, Stussy quickly following up his first hit!
  3. Devastated at 'Fin.' missing out, best song on the album </3 (I've not listened yet xo)

'DONDA 2' was originally only released (in an unfinished form) on his proprietary Stem Player device, it was only finally released on mainstream platforms last year and even then was just quietly put out under the artist name 'DONDA'. I guess this new album has ended up having as close to a normal rollout as a Kanye album could ever have these days (but still being delayed one more day at the last minute just because, also I believe the vinyl release is an entirely different tracklist and composed mostly of AI vocals so 'normal' is not really applicable lol). Still, I'd be surprised if it did anywhere near as well as 'Donda'. RAYE will be fine I'm sure.
  5. Oh no I'm in danger now (Everyone abandoning the convention of bolding the qualifiers keeps throwing me off x)
  6. 1 HAIM - If I Could Change Your Mind 2 ROSALÍA - PIENSO EN TU MIRÁ (Cap.3: Celos) 3 Nelly Furtado - Big Hoops (Bigger The Better) 4 Florence + The Machine - Hurricane Drunk 5 Lily Allen - Madeline 6 David Bowie - Ashes To Ashes 7 ABBA - Super Trouper 8 Scissor Sisters - She's My Man 9 Delta Goodrem - Believe Again 10 Conan Gray - Maniac 11 Atomic Kitten - Be With You 12 Troye Sivan - Bloom 13 The Corrs - Irresistible 14 Kelly Clarkson - Never Again 15 Chappell Roan - Red Wine Supernova 'If I Could Change Your Mind' is such a transcendent song. Bold of Florence's mentor to be sending an album track at this stage - I didn't immediately remember it from the title but it came back to me pretty quickly, another strong choice there. 'Super Trouper' is one of ABBA's best singles for me, 'Believe Again' was rather good for Delta's standards as well (I've probably listened to it before but it wasn't ringing a bell). Don't care too much for any of the bottom 5 there (unless hating with a passion counts as caring in which case sorry Chappell but I've always found that song really obnoxious). I guess the Atomic Kitten song is alright but I'd rather just listen to the ELO song.
  7. That Temper City thing is ringing some AI alarm bells although I am seeing various comments online insisting they are real. It's their only song though and has blown up suspiciously quickly. Hm x Was thinking when they announced Bella at #3 that BTS might have actually pulled off the #1 but meh at another week for 'Snooze Me In' instead. Not that I particularly love the BTS song either mind (it is decent). Tuned in in time to hear 'Body To Body' and I think I like that one slightly more, need to check out 'FYA' which I expect to love after seeing the comments in here x (and just knowing that Flume and JPEGMAFIA are involved with it - what an odd way for both of them to make a first tangential appearance in the UK top 40 ). Really enjoying 'Click Clack Symphony.' so glad it's managed a higher debut than 'Nightingale Lane.' and hope it can grow into another biggish hit for her (I can't see it being as big as 'WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!' but a nice top 5 peak or so would be good x). Hans Zimmer's chart history is truly unhinged.
  8. 1 Dean Turnley 2 CamelPhat 3 Chase & Status 4 Franky Rizardo 5 Aluna 6 Chris Stussy 7 Armin Van Buuren 8 ILLENIUM Y'all are being deeply unserious making the worst (by a massive margin) song win. Can we not condone Dustin Lynch x Anyway... not heard of Dean Turnley before but this song was a bit of a lowkey banger. The CamelPhat and C&S songs aren't going among their all time classics but both solid. The Stussy song was somewhat going over my head on first listen, I assume it must have been viral before release as otherwise seems like a very random song to debut in the top 100?
  9. It's stressing me out that you include the dot in some of the song titles but not all of them. x

The OCC specifically excludes album sales containing randomised items (which is a common thing for albums by K-Pop groups, mainly randomised photocards of the members). I think BTS are careful to not do this in the UK specifically so their sales don't get excluded but most other K-Pop groups don't seem to care enough to do so. Not sure if such a rule exists anywhere else in the world. (Although their last chart album 'PROOF' never appeared on the physical album chart so I guess they didn't bother jumping through the hoops for that one, hence it 'only' getting to #8).

IIRC there were some questions around the legitimacy of the streams of Jung Kook's 'Seven' as well but it was definitely not as blatant as 'Who'.
  13. Ahh there it is. #19 is pretty great going really!
  14. It's the character from Arthur, I will never be convinced otherwise x
  15. What do y'all have against talking x
  16. I am displeased by this post. Try again.

'SWIM' is entirely in English as well!
  18. 1 MUNA 2 Foo Fighters 3 Artemas 4 Dermot Kennedy 5 The Black Keys 6 DMA'S 7 Death Cab For Cutie 8 Muse 9 Paris Paloma 10 Nickelback I did end up growing to quite like 'Dancing On The Wall' but 'So What' is instantly miiiiles better for me, easily my fave here and one that just gets better and better as it goes along <3 Otherwise Foo Fighters bringing another fuzzy banger and another good tune from Artemas although feels weird to be listening to this one from the Indie forum. The Dermot and The Black Keys songs are better than their previous releases this year but nothing too special. 6-8 are all ok, a bit of a disappointing one from Death Cab For Cutie as I'd been excited to hear a new song from them, likewise with Muse although they've been hit or miss for years really, I did think their last album was a bit overhated though. Also a disappointingly middling song from Paris Paloma after really enjoying her last single. And that sure is a Nickelback song (it's not terrible I guess). Cannot say I was expecting that Muse would be winning this poll x
  19. 1 Niall Horan 2 samxemma 3 Tove Styrke 4 Lizzo 5 BTS 6 Dagny 7 Ruel 8 LUNA 9 Calum Bowie 10 Cherry Bomb 11 Boy In Space 12 Take That The Niall song is a cute catchy lowkey viber, not one of his best songs ever but continues his run as the 1D member who I think is generally most consistently reliable for a good single ('Drive Safe' we don't know her). 2-4 all have pretty good production but not a lot else to them (still better than usual from Tove for me but not as good as her last single). 5-9 are all generally fine but unremarkable. Did not get much from the last 3, Take That have pretty much fully turned into commercial radio slop now I guess.
  20. Shame to see 'Bat Out Of Hell' and 'I Miss You' both missing the top half, the latter is comfortably the best blink-182 song for me. 'Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'' another fave so glad that one just made it into the top half. Quite surprised that my +50 is still to come as I would have assumed it'd be quite a heavily divisive one! I think a lot of the excessive hype around it at the time it came out was just for the 'novelty' of it being a new Kylie Minogue song that caught some genuine virality/popularity beyond the fanbase which made it exciting from a chart forum perspective (and one with a lot of Kylie fans obvz). On the quality of the song itself being as high as the top half of the final of this list feels quite inflated to me. (I mean I'm not personally that much of a fan of it so maybe I'm just biased but after the dust has settled on it in a few years' time I'd really be surprised if it's still considered to be that great of a song in her discography and not just as a chart moment).
