By Dan's estimations it increased last week so isn't at risk of ACR for at least 4 more weeks. (If anything the remix release might speed up its fall into ACR) If 'Baby Steps' is only #29 even today with presumably all of its physical sales counted I can't see it staying in the chart.

I'm sure someone posted recently that it's already broken the record number of top 20 weeks excluding Christmas songs.

If you're going to say that for this really quite strong second day hold you could say that for nearly every new album that gets released.

Would have been happy to vote for 15 songs in my semi and I do have a feeling a couple of the songs that just missed out for me might be more likely to continue growing on me than some that got low points so hope they won't be narrowly missing out x

'Tek It' did chart, it got to #72. (Think you would like it Jim - not heard it for a while but I still remember it quite well after being reminded of its existence, it's a nice dreamy indie jam x) 'Lost' really just got screwed over by the timing, the OCC pretended the reset rules were always the same post Kate Bush but they blatantly weren't.

Really like most of the newly platinum certified songs this week - great to see for Cafuné as well as the ones others have already commented on!

I would be pretty surprised if ABBA don't win. 2nd and 3rd I couldn't call though x

All of the other features are current or at least recently relevant (in the case of Shakira and Robyn) buzzy names, Swedish Emilia has barely even released anything in the last decade. Guessing you're just saying this because Zara is also Swedish but it's not like the rest of the tracklist is full of Swedes! In any case I looked it up and yes it is the Argentine Emilia. She makes some good trashy Latin bops x

The first 3 of those all contribute to the same tally, they wouldn't chart separately on Spotify. (And the choir version isn't even credited to Madonna on Spotify so I don't think it would have contributed to its chart position at all? There are other versions that don't count to the main version's tally on Spotify but they all do a tiny fraction of the main version in daily streams. Admittedly I do not remember the situation that well, I'd kind of forgotten the song re-charted at all)

We've heard enough of her own mediocrity without having to endure her awful covers too xo
