Why is she so into this panda eye makeup lately, it's ridiculous.

I work for a Healthcare company in HR so I issue a lot of zero hour contracts, although we call them bank agreements. We do need people working on the bank though, to cover shifts when permanent people phone in sick or if we have more beds filled than usual etc as we have SLAs to meet and so on. They do get holiday pay included in their pay (they get their base rate, plus enhancements as applicable, and then 12.07% on top of that as holiday pay) and if someone on the bank works a certain amount of hours they will be eligible for SSP... Lots of people we take on already have full time jobs and use bank as means to get extra cash and pick up experience in different healthcare sectors. I guess having a bank of staff available to help treat the ill is a bit different than having people on zero hour contracts to serve sandwiches! Healthcare is a completely different playing field to retail. I can't see any reason for retail to have zero hour contracts. I don't understand why these companies use them.
  3. Eugh @ this having a delayed release over here. We're so backwards with our release schedules it's ridiculous.

Funniest film I've seen at the cinema for a very long time. Loved it :) Sandra can do no wrong though.
  5. Why else do you think she's releasing the music video on the same day? She wants that #1 lol.

560v12-5yoQ Miley looking fierce in Big Sean's new video.
  7. Skipping A Beat is just a promo song. Before It Breaks is still the planned first single :)
  8. Robin Thicke is gonna break Mimi's radio record next week :o Radio Audience "Lines" leads Radio Songs for a fourth week, gaining by 5% to 207.4 million all-format audience impressions, according to Nielsen BDS. Dating to the chart's December 1990 bow, the song has logged the second-highest weekly audience: 212.2 million, "We Belong Together," Mariah Carey (July 9, 2005) 207.4 million, "Blurred Lines," Robin Thicke (featuring T.I. + Pharrell) (Aug. 10, 2013) 196.3 million, "Irreplaceable," Beyonce (Jan. 20, 2007) 192.4 million, "No One," Alicia Keys (Dec. 22, 2007) 189.6 million, "Let Me Love You," Mario (Feb. 5, 2005)

LOL at Jahmene on track for a number 1. Will probably break records for biggest drop from the top spot next week if he makes it.
  10. Yay Miley! Shame she won't ever get #1 with this though.

Loving the song still but not a fan of the video. Maybe it would be passable if she was 19 not 29...

So this is pretty much their worst performing single ever then? And a pre-album release too... owch!

Saturdays fans are always too quick to blame management. I think most of you forget that the majority of people in this thread didn't even like the song on first listen. Clearly, the song hasn't gelled with Joe Public and that's completely understandable. RE Promotion - what promotion have they been missing out on exactly, save for a couple of extra daytime TV shows they could have done which have a completely negligible effect anyway? There aren't any of the 3 big chat shows at the moment (Alan Carr, Jonathan Ross & Graham Norton), there's no BGT/The Voice/X Factor...
  14. The success of this song is truly baffling.

Miley Cyrus' "We Can't Stop" charges 5-3 as the Hot 100's top Digital Gainer. It rises 6-2 on Digital Songs (209,000, up 30%) after a 74% gain (to 161,000) last week following the song's video premiere on June 19. "Stop" holds at No. 1 on Streaming Songs (8 million, down 16%; the clip's arrival spurred a 471% streaming increase a week ago). Radio could determine the song's staying power, and its No. 62 bow on Radio Songs (20 million, up 60%) is a positive sign for its fortunes. It pushes 27-24 in its fourth week on the Pop Songs airplay chart with the format's fourth-best gain in plays (up 50%). With its 5-3 advance, "Stop" becomes Cyrus' second-highest-charting Hot 100 hit, bested only by "Party in the U.S.A.," which spent three weeks at No. 2 in 2009. "Stop" passes her No. 4-peaking "The Climb" (also in 2009). http://www.billboard.com/articles/news/156...ds-atop-hot-100

kmcnkGRm7Xc Love me some Bonnie McKee but the problem I have with her is that her voice sounds too much like Katy Perry (with a little bit of Ke$ha). Even though she's directly responsible for Katy's roaring success with Teenage Dream, Bonnie will always come across as a poor man's Katy Perry. Having Katy heavily featured in the video for American Girl doesn't really do Bonnie any favours either.

Fool No More <3 S Club 8 had some damn good pop songs. RE Gentleman: Looks like this'll miss the top 10 come Sunday *sigh*

Have to echo that Frankie was shockingly bad in that performance. I thought Una, Rochelle and surprisingly Vanessa sounded great though :D

Streaming is not that heavily weighted at all, else PSY would have had the top spot with Gentleman. Should go top 10 this week but not a chance of the top spot.

Pretty annoying that there is a re-release. The album already had several different versions with retailer exclusive songs. I already have like, 20 songs from the album. Although, never complain about new music I guess :)

Erm, HATE the cover. I keep reading it as "Filth Harmony" as well with that awful shadow effect on the text.
