^ Was tied with the voice in the demo but yes. It did not fair well for the premiere. The Voice's shady tactics turned out in their favour I guess! By the looks of it it wouldn't have done much better even if they weren't going head to head.

^ That would make sense I guess - that must be it. EEP I'm so excited. I doubt the full thing will be that different though, artists always say the final version will be different to the leaked versions but it rarely is.

Lol! I'm fed up with the lack of info about this project. Michelle constantly tweets abut her daughter and baking and stuff... it's like she's resigned herself to being a housewife or something.

Drop the attitude please. I read your message perfectly :) I was alluding more to you being worried about album sales. This song came out of nowhere and is already #28 on iTunes. I don't see that as an under performance.

She has 3 songs top 40 on iTunes right now. That is not flopping. Although her label have reduced the first week sales forecast to 75k, down from 100k. CALL IT MAYBE: Carly Rae Jepsen’s debut 604 Records/Schoolboy Records/ Interscope album, Play, comes out Sept. 18 with label forecasts confirming pre-orders, placing it in the 75k sales range for opening week. That seems a small amount for a release that has already produced 6.7 million downloads of the hit singles “Call Me Maybe” (5.5m) and her collaboration with Owl City, “Good Time” (1.2m), both of which are included on the album. The new single, “This Kiss,” was released today. Jepsen will tour with fellow Canuck Justin Bieber this fall. (9/10p)
