Saw them last night in Milton Keynes, was a great night :) I would only describe myself as a causal fan but I was pleasantly surprised that I could sing along to most of the songs, and now they're all stuck in my head lol.

I get the universal hate for Che Diaz which I'm seeing everywhere, such a shame they had to make a non-binary character so f***ing insufferable in pretty much every way possible. Otherwise, I'm really enjoying the show and it feels to me like the SATC (- Samantha) that I would expect to see in 2022. Speaking of, I feel like they've handled that situation very well and it still feels like Samantha is a character in the show.

I think they've missed a trick not recording a proper single version of this, amending some of the words. Like everyone's saying, the lyrics make sense in the context of the film, but in isolation some of them can be a bit off-putting.

So glad masks are becoming mandatory again - shame not in more settings. Went on a train yesterday for the first time in a couple of years and was really disappointed that in a full carriage, from what I could see, there was only myself and about 3 other people wearing one.

Oh I love this! A classic Avril sound, this would fit in nicely on The Best Damn Thing (throwback to 2007!) but it also has a fresh vibe somehow. I'm eagerly anticipating more.

I'm a bit confused by this whole situation but it seems that not all the artists are against it. Ashley Parker Angel has been retweeting lots of promo about his album becoming available again, for example. Aaliyah's estate aren't happy with how it's worked out because of $$$ I assume? They had previously put out a statement last year saying they were working with record labels to put her music back on streaming... Am quite looking forward to hearing some of the originals again, especially because JoJo didn't re-record I Can Take You There - I used to love that one.

She's on Sunday Brunch this weekend :)
