Well she's doing far better than GA's OOC era which is what I've been comparing her too. TLK and Untouchable only managed to scrape over 100k sales with the Promise doing 400k. FFTL has done over 800k now, 3 words 270k and Parachute well on it's way to probably doing 200k+ too as I see it sticking around for a while. Obviously the papers help out, but she hasn't even performed or done any promotion for Parachute outside the video. It's not even on the Top 50 airplay chart for last week and yet top 10 on iTunes and climbing. She only performed FFTL at the brits. I think it's interesting how she's sustained her momentum without The X Factor though - people said she would flop once the show ended. Even without the split, Parachute was still Top 15 on iTunes

I have to say I'm shocked how well she is doing, I thought after The X Factor and everything had finished she wouldn't do as well, but Parachtue is well on it's way to outselling 3 words despite the album still doing very well. Why can't girls aloud sell this well :huh:

She's got quite a bit of promo, assuming it's not cancelled. Jonathon Ross, Live Lounge and - I believe - a performance on DOI.

Cheryl will probably wise over the next few days, Sky News have their split as their lead story and they're playing the Parachute video every hour. Even BBC news are reporting it as a lead story!

JLS could well fail to go top 10 come Sunday. Video was released FAR too early

FFTL sold 8,400 to chart at #36 this week

It was "performed" twice last night on BBC1, and is already attracted 20,000+ youtube views in a matteer of hours, hence why its climbing

Don't know how many viewers it gets and what effect it may have, but Let's Dance for Sport Relief is on BBC1 right now. JLS and Sugababes performing, Cheryl's FFTL just performed, too.

I predict a rise for Parachute over the next week... Cheryl's PR are so awesome.
