Some cool Festivals. It’s not Coachella, nor Glastonbury, but she’ll be on stage with many interesting names. Wonder if her team managed to book her under a new album release..

To be fair - and this comes from someone who’s never been a fan of Geri, she has suffered from the same sudden lack of confidence that destroyed Victoria’s music career. The press scrutiny, people making fun of her being all over the place, and her team not taking a moment to explain her that at times she sounded and acted “too much”. All this did harm her reputation. I don’t like her voice, I think she dances like the average white person (don’t take it personally, folks), but she proved she was actually clever enough to compensate with attitude and great ideas. The issue now is that confidence is gone, and what we have is this conservative lady in white who doesn’t want to be associate with anything that would make her look the opposite of the new persona she has embraced. She’s chameleonic, but in a very unhealthy kind of way: when she was Ginger, that caused her issue with people not taking her seriously; when she was a Weather Girl, she looked ill (and sad); now she wants us to believe she is this classy woman in white - and who knows! Maybe that’s the real Geri! That said, I respect her decision. The same way I respected Melanie C when she had issues with being a Spice Girl again, the same way I accept Victoria not wanting to get back with the girls on stage. What I can’t accept is Geri supporting political parties or institutions that are against LGBTQ+ rights, racist and/or the opposite of Girl Power. Otherwise, I’ll start to think that slogan was just a gimmick.

I’d love to buy that too. But I doubt it’s happening.

Nobody killed the band. They’re 5 individuals and they all needed their space - it wasn’t a marriage, as far as marriages can carry on. And this is also for those who trashed Melanie C for choosing what she loved over the Spice Girls back then.

This is somewhat true. But don’t forget that person is long gone. She buried Ginger a few times, and now shes just Geri - and there’s nothing iconic in what she does now, nor the what she’s decided to convey her message. Out of all 5, she’s become the less interesting. Who would’ve told..

All of the girls have their own strength. But Melanie C is The Stage Animal, a lioness. I’m in my early 30s, but I couldn’t do what she does. That energy is infectious. She does it all: singing, dancing, and entertaining. What a Woman.

At Glastonbury she rocked as a DJ, people enjoyed it a lot, now this. Love her commitment and dedication. She has tried so many different things. Sport, television, music, theater, dance, and so forth. She’s Everything Spice.

Dwarling, never been a huge Gerita’s fan, but I recon she did bring something to the table back then. She’s not the best singer, she was the worst dancer, but no one can’t tell me she wasn’t crucial when it came to writing. She was an explosion of ideas! PS: solo work? I hate her solo music! You right. Let’s say, if she’s really older than she says she is, kudos to her. She looks fantastic. Mel B likes to piss her off a bit, but it’s just a way to show affection. I do it a lot with my besties.

WOMAN is their worst song in terms of lyrics, but I love the potential funky / 70s dance vibe. Go, Go, Go sounds so Victoria’s first record-breaking album (contains hit single I.O.U.). Too Hot might be related to Mel B’s first platinum record (followed by Grammy-winning Album of The Year, L.A. State of Mind), RBAY is also another let down in terms of lyrics. You can see Geri’s storytelling was missing after she left. They went from Viva Forever to sing about wearing G-string. The same way, Geri alone is not as good as we thought when it comes to writing by herself. That proves that should ONLY release new music if all 5 are on board. That’s where the magic happens!

OMG The Shade. Wow! I agree with you, but I’m more into educating the Girls. Don’t forget they’re somewhat between Boomers and Millennials, and they don’t have our same interesting in finding out what’s behind a brand before embracing it. I’m sure she would listen if we told her.

Your opinion. Geri being older than she actually says she is, that’s a fact. And there’s nothing wrong. It’s up to her. In fact, many people from the industry in the UK joke about it. She should own it and wear it with pride! In her position, if she really cares for girl power, she would send a positive message against ageism. By the way, love Mel B. She’s hilarious. It makes sense: Melanie has festivals and probably some solo performances planned for next year + a new music project. Geri is going to be busy with books and movies. Victoria with her fashion (kisses xx VB), Mel B with television possibly, Emma I don’t know. But… I have a feeling we’re gonna get at least a one-off performance with all 5 of them.
