Besides they are different listings as different subjects, is this not a Madonna forum for different subjects for opions & views from people??? So i have posted different posts one about radio one dropping the single, the other about the album sales for its first & now recent second week sales. To me thats three different subjects to either respond to or not :wacko: So go back under ya stone & make more constructive comments about the topic/sunject posted :angry: .

Ok so Madonna may have bagged the No1 album last week BUT with the release of the dvd today can sales of the album continue or will Muse or Streisand take the crown from her :( ????? I think she will just hold on this week but will be interesting to see the first day sales tomorrow, then we will have more of an idea what people buying. The dvd has naturally more appealing tracks, but will dvd sales reflect on the albums sales this week?

So Robbie's comeback is kicking of next month with Bodies the single & then the new album BUT will it be a hit or miss comeback. Personally i feel a Rudebox is heading our way the single sounds like a reject from that Rudebox album, its a similar sound so re the album i think it will be a slow seller and its fate will be decided when a 2nd single is out. I think people will not rush to buy the album and with other big releases out the weeks after, i think it will not match the dizzy heights he is used to from his previous albums before Rudebox. Whats everyone think????? :wacko:

Britney Spears is to issue a compilation of all her single releases, it has been announced. The US pop icon's 29 chart tracks will be brought together along with a new song, called "3", in two separate packages. A deluxe fan box set will feature all the hits, plus a DVD spanning all the star's videos in chronological order, original artwork, b-sides and remixes. Meanwhile, a standard version will include 17 tracks plus the unreleased number, which comes out at a single on November 16. "Britney Spears: The Singles Collection" is due for release on November 23. :o WILL THIS SELL????? She released a G.H album only a few years ago is this a cash in or wot???

Yeah i read Subo is covering You'll See as it was her fave song hope does justice 2 it tho....... I'd also get rid of The Look Of Love & replace with Me Against The Music with Britney its not even on dvd either???? :cry:

BBC Radio 1 have removed "Celebration" from their Playlist. :huh: The Playlist is compiled every Wednesday and is where daytime DJs select songs to play during their shows from. It is made of four separate lists (A, B C and Upfront) and Madonna has a history of singles being added very quickly to the A List after their radio release. This didn't happen for "Celebration", which moved up very slowly and never managed to get into the A list, and consequently suffered in its first week of sales when failed to become Madonna's 14th #1 single. But we can't say programmers were just as slow to pull the plug because today, on the second week of commercial release, "Celebration" is nowhere to be seen on any of the Radio1 lists. I ask why???? Its a Top 3 hit and dropped already TOTALLY of the Radio 1 playlist. Whats going on...... :angry:

So its exactly the same cd wise but includes full dvd listing??? hmm i may wait before buying dvd how reliable is your source that you saw this mentioned on?????

Think i agree with most of your track listing but replace Oh Father with Rain & also add You'll See and take out Human Nature as You'll See did perform better sales wise UK & USA. Happy tho there both on the DVD thats out next week, shame album dont have the same track listing as the dvd that would of seen huge sales i am sure of it .

It must be a slow/bad week for sales as Madonna is top seller, so other new releases like Mika & Dizzee are well down as well. Maybe its coz its end of month people are skint now, next week maybe more challenging perhaps???? I gonna def buy the dvd next week as the track listing is what should of been on the cd version. Unless warners are planning to release near christmas a 3 disc version???? now that would boost sales through the roof and topple the 3 million TIC has sold. :dance:

Sales upto Wed are 41k now so improved on yday by nearly 11k, yay i think saturdays will be best sales day as most people are not working then or that just wishfull thinking?????

I think Mariah's album will be another flop it seems doomed with its release date being moved back for more rerecording no doubt. Plus wot sounds like tourcher of a release her version (YES ANOTHER COVER VERSION) of wait for it Foreigners - I Wanna Know Wot Love Is will not improve chances of a hit album. Once a classic 80s power ballad now to be ruined & hated because its being rerecorded by The Wharbler that is Miss Carey I think Madonna's album will sell more late Novemeber & December :dance: as G.Hits albums generally do, the dvd will def sell loads as more songs are on the dvd that people love that are not included for wotever reason on the 2 disc cd . Leona, S.B & Alexander will sell loads ( xfactor influence etc) but as for Robbie, hmmm not convinced esp as Bodies sounds like a Rudebox reject. Time will tell eh!!!!!!

Oh no not another classic ruined by "THE WHARBLER" i used to like this song a classic 80s power ballad. Now i fear its going to become one of the most hated now Miss Carey has her hands on it, an effort to revive her flagging were not Obssessed with her career. PLEASE RETIRE LOVE & spare our ears.

OMG sales are well down :o at this rate the week sales may not even top the low first week tally of Hard Candy which i think was only around 90k. Anyone know the first week sales of all Madonna's albums so can compare. Maybe sales will pick up over the weekend but its not looking good so far :cry: ....
