Is that 55k in stream chart points or 5.5k? Forgive my ignorance! x

I only properly got on board with Will with "Tell me the worst", the Fred Falke mix specifically. Echoes is an absolute masterpiece, his performance of "Hearts on Fire" on the ITV special reduced me to tears. I eventually went backwards & now adore all his post-1st album ballads, "You & I" is rather amazing too. Must check out 85% proof!

lol

XCX at 23 :) Defo my favourite album of the year, so consistent. Hope she improves on her dreadful sales by staying around a long time :moira:

06/08/1994 CeCe Peniston Hit By Love 1 Not much competition around that week, it was at #33! Bet Victoria Beckham is creaming her drawers to finally have a number one!

Not a massive Olly fan but have loved some of his singles & this is one of them. Didn't realise it was him 1st time I heard it on the radio! 59p = bargain for a class song

Great work, thanks :) Elegant Slumming won M People the mercury music prize, not Bizarre Fruit.

I'll second that. Original album version of Express Yourself, NOT the Shep Pettibone Immaculate Collection version!

I'm sure more people play 19 Than Rockferry. I loved Duffy at the time, bought 2 copies of Rockferry on 7", early supporter due to the Bernard Butler link & had all the b-sides. But then Rain on my parade & well well well came out & I couldn't stand her voice anymore. I was very surprised by Employment though, thought it did about 1.5m.

Asda have her at #7 i think in their chart but her tour goes on sale this week & amazon are doing a pre-order the album & you get in the pre-sale for tickets.

I thought that too, they were on Simon Cowbell's BMG label though

Have you bought Charli XCX's album yet? Might help it's chart position ;) I've just "completed my album" only £5 something!

Kylie must be soon as it was only ISBSLucky & the firsst 3/4 weeks of Got to be certain that would apply. I think!

Has there been no certifications announced last week? Can't find anything on OCC's twitter :(

Wrong! Made uo for Mark & Bruno :)

Love it that Kylie & Yazz have #1s beating serious indie artists (some of whom I like) just cos they're on independent lables & have independent distribution.

Cliff's 21st Century Christmas Just throwing it out there! I only know the Saint Etienne cover & I guess it won't ever get played again cos it mentioned "Uncle Jimmy Saville" but it's a great Xmas song.

Abar 520,000 1st week. On the first day of the release the album sold over 235,000 copies across the UK, making it the fastest-selling record of the century.[28][29] On 21 November 2010, Progress debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart, becoming the band's sixth number-one album. By the end of its first week on sale the album sold around 520,000 copies, which made it the second fastest-selling album of all-time in UK chart history

How patronising is Jemmela re: Well done Mums for making TT #1. Don't normally tune in to the radio for the chart (I just come on here) but she's why!

They didn't split on Valentines Day in 1995. On 13 February 1996, Take That formally announced that they were disbanding Sure is quite rightly their lowest selling no.1 Can't believe Pray hasn't even gone gold for 4 weeks at no.1!!! Guess 1993 sales were really low as there aren't any million sellers from that year. Spookily no million sellers from 2003 either, the only 00s year with none, 2013 wasn't like that!

If take that do get to #1 will they be the 1st group to have been #1 as a 5,4 & 3 piece?

Cheers mate

What % lead does it have over #2 now & how do you find this info out? Pop bars aren't on here anymore are they?

I just heard it this morning & it's less R&B-lite & more wonky pop than her previous 3. 3 Nicola Roberts co-writes help! Hope it can claw it's way up a few notches at least, anyone know of any Chezza promo?
