I'm not expecting a top 3 but either way she's done well. A respectable number plus the album is actually great. The only thing that has surprised me about the girls debut numbers is Perrie managing a top 3 after being mismanaged so heavily and putting out an album that was just okay (no shade, love her and some of the songs but easily the weakest of the 3 debuts). Little Mix fans must have came through for her pretty strongly, hope the same happens for Leigh.

I was going to kick off over her not being nominated for best album then realised the nominees all sold better and were received well so we can't really complain lol. Least she got a few noms.

Is there a chance this does a Raye-style sweep at the Brits next year? What's her competition? I think they performed pretty similarly in terms of chart runs before Raye blew up more plus she had the advantage of having a smash hit with Escapism on it? I feel like they're also pretty similar acclaim wise so this should have a decent chance?

This is #91 on the AM pop charts but not top 200 overall unfortunately (it's likely in the top 250 as it's close to Thinking Out Loud on Pop which is top 200 overall). I think the Christmas music is just too much to overcome unfortunately. Album is lingering around #8-#10. I don't think it's going to do numbers but at least it's acclaimed I guess. She can't miss in that respect.

Agreed this is her best since My Love. Didn't enjoy her last two songs at all so hopefully this is a step in the right direction for the album.

Damn that's sad! Though this is probably her only era where she hasn't had a UK hit I believe? Venus might have been nowhere near as good as MS but it had two hits so it makes sense this is doing worse. At least the title track has had a bit of a viral moment over the last month or two

I am a Pretty Ugly truther. 10/10 song to me. I can see why most people don't like it as it's so in your face but it absolutely slaps. Great album overall and easily her best. Hope it manages top 10 but I don't know how likely that is

On the bright side anything not already dispatched will help cushion the deadly fall the album will likely have next week 🙏. (Unless something starts smashing the charts like BYBMH)

Got a feeling the label has a few thousand units in waiting to be added to the total. Didn't whoever beat Dua Lipa's Future Nostalgia randomly get a 5k+ boost on the last day to seal them the #1? Maybe it was 5 Seconds of Summer or something? I can see this happening again but to get Jade the #2. Well I hope so anyway.

Kind of shocked at this only being on 12k considering how front loaded it will likely be. Hoping not everything has been added and it'll hit 20k? I fear for Perrie's numbers later this month if an album this hyped by fans is struggling to hit 20k.

Finally!!! Though that release date is a laugh. Maybe they thought she wouldn't get a #1 on a quiet week anyway? It's hard to predict if she could but i thought with such a vocal fanbase that she could push 15-20k units with all these variants?

Thank God! I was convinced it was getting shelved. Over a month late but still salvageable.

The way all her socials comments are nothing but requests for thr album. I fear she's losing fan goodwill without an announcement.

If this album has been scrapped I'm gonna be so annoyed 😭 where tf is the announcement??
