I mean... I think they'd rather be getting million selling hits like Glory Days era than a few top 40s that barely go Gold. I doubt the profits from BUS/BB/Holiday split 4 ways is gonna compare to the likes of SOTME and Touch. Weaker hits could lead to their touring taking a hit too. I'm still clinging to hope that the Holiday video and performances could save it though. I hope the next single attempt is the one that's apparently similar to Touch

Out of the top 50 on Spotify again 🥴. I'd say the pessimism is warranted atm, this isn't doing well. Little Mix songs usually peak early on, I think that's why people are thinking this isn't gonna do much.

Torn still has decent numbers though? 90m on Spotify and nearly 70m on YouTube. Her best song with the worst support. It did alright considering. I think she does decently well, and not just because of her label.

Regarding playlists, I think we also ought to mention Hot Hits UK is now a mess, rarely adding songs high up on release. Even Billie's latest is pretty low. Taylor Swift is the cover but not even in the Top 10 of the playlist. They're annoying honestly.

I wouldn't say their international support is good. It isn't even in Hot Hits Australia which is probably their second biggest market in terms of popularity? Not sure which other Hot Hits it should be in though. It's in some random decent playlists like "It's a Hit" though so I guess it could be worse.

The production and melody are definitely holiday/chilling on a beach vibes whilst the lyrics are just Touch 2.0. I think the good weather should actually have a decent impact on it.

This is sad. Even the Taylor Swift album tracks are rising.

Judging Perrie a bit. They should be doing everything they can to make this a hit for the first few weeks since their career seems to be on a bit of a decline.

This is not doing as well in streaming as I expected. Though its early days, hope it rises and doesn't linger in the 40s/30s on Spotify like BUS did

Love this. Really hope it's a 1 million selling smash for them and not just a cute hit. Apple and Spotify placements seem decent so far at least.

Yeah I've got good vibes about this performing well from the vibe, name, timing, artwork. Basically everything so far. I really hope streaming playlisting is good. Replacing BUS on Hot Hits (at least as high as that) would be a good move but I'm expecting another #40 placement because Hot Hits are a mess.

Great album. I see a low peak position but decent longevity due to the multiple streaming hits. Maybe similar performance to Rita's Phoenix? Though it would help if she had a current hit.

The artwork looks cheap but it's also a serve. Kinda love it. I think it will do well at generating interest for the single.

It's weird how excited I am to listen to this considering I thought the singles were so hit and miss. I guess the separation of the 'label pushed' singles into a B side was admirable. I'm expecting great things from the A side.

Head & Heart potentially #1 in a few weeks? I'd love to see it. Fun (if generic) song and MNEK deserves it.

Ellie Goulding thanking Spotify for putting Slow Grenade on 'The Pop List' playlist... Is she not even capable of getting on Hot Hits/Today's Top Hits with an album upcoming? Maybe on release week I guess. I don't recall the last song that got good playlist support but Hate Me, Close To Me and Sixteen have good numbers so I don't see why she wouldn't be worthy of a spot. These curated playlists confuse me sometimes.

Announcement with cover art on Friday, snippets throughout the week. Did they film a video for this one? I heard they filmed a video for a single prior to the pandemic but not sure if that's true.

531k Rockstar 418k Rain On Me Very impressive numbers for ROM considering the low Hot Hits placement. I'm assuming Gaga will get HH cover on Friday, album boost, and a good ROM placement so another potential week at #1 even if it misses this week.

The only thing holding Rain On Me back is the low placement on Hot Hits. Hope that doesn't lose it the #1
