From what I've seen from the Circus DVD it must have been a beautiful tour. I just cannot picture Robbie in it doing the dance routines and then singing come undone or feel... It just makes no sence :lol: It turned out I will be busy at the university around the time my ticket was for so it made my choice much easier indeed. Appart from Robbie being a bit outlandish/possessed in some TT5 parts I believe it should be a nice show, you will have a great time. And I would definitely sing Patience, Rule the World and Back for Good out loud (all TT4!), although it looks like Gary will be singing it for Robbie :P )

You are so wrong here! Even though I hate to admit it almost everyone did. Derulo's + Scherzingers were rip off's but I am talking about copying in general. Haven't you noticed the video clip's? (even Rihanna and Beyonce). Even some appearences here and there with the crayziest outfits surged from Gaga's style. Obviously I am not talking about KOL or HIM I am talking about popstars! It is not random that Gaga was found to be the most influential person of 2010! Gaga has copied a lot of things from the past, but in a modern and updated way. Copying somebody who is huge now is completely different. This will hopefully end up now, I don't think a lot will follow now she has gone too deep into religion (and not only :lol: ).

Thank God it will happen! After all it is better than any other contender. (let's just forget about the stupid video :teresa: ) Still it is definitely NOT better than Grenade (one of the best songs of 2011 so far) and also not better than JTWYA (one of the biggest worldwide hits of 2010). An ok song from the best new solo male singer of last year, that's what it is! Bruno for no1! :cheer:

You should not forget that the market is getting more agressive nowadays too. Budget is shorter, record companies are tighter, and artists are really crushed... It doesn't only have to do with money but with media and exposure too. Media consume new artists, they hype them and knock them down after that because that's more profitable for them (drama sells). They know there will be fresh blood and new artists next year to discover, hype ,then crush again... Artists that are around for 2 years somehow become old news! I think there are much MORE young people that want to be singers and enter the business with all these talent shows nowadays. There is some kind of obsession... Not all of them are qualified to have a career of 10, 20 or 30 years! (most of them are just monkey business really, and 90% of them will go back to being nobody in no time) I strongly agree with a point already mentioned here: debut albums are written throughout the artists whole life BEFORE he/she becomes a pro including lots of special and inspiring moments (I am talking about real artists here, who write their songs or music). Then they are thrown into deep waters and have to undergo the nerveracking promo and crazy lifestyle. A year later when the promo is over they head back to the studio, pushed by their label who doesn't want to loose 'momentum', to write a new album in a few months time... Can they produce the same quality? Definitely not. Some of them may have run out of ideas permanently anyway; they just have said all they wanted to. And one last thing. All artists (old and new) try to COPY success. They rip off other singer's hits... Well they won't live a second life as a hit! We've already listened to them, it is more about momentum. For example, almost every dance-pop singer tried to rip off Gaga, her crazy style and the beat of her songs :puke2: . I am fed up with it.

Bruno is climbing :o I like the song but didn't expect it would be a hit... And Gaga is doing BAD! :o Even without a video it looks like this song will drop WAY faster than BTW... I mean BTW was no1 on itunes for a few days and then no2. Judas is not even close to that.

I didn't like Beyonce's Sasha 'Era'... (I wish she could do sth like Dejavu, Naughty Girl or Check on it again) As for the videos (TS vs B ) they are difficult to compare. Still TS's album was great and she was SO super-popular in US at the time (she still is) that I think she was the favourite to win it anyway. I think I like Taylor's video a bit more but none of the two was that great to be fair. (love story is x10 better than Single Ladies as a song though)

I visited his page to see for my own eyes. It is like that: Lots of fans were writing comments (as they always do). So some days ago Robbie started answering to some, commenting (smart comments) and discussing. So, some believed it was Robbie and made all kind of comments while others said 'he is fake Robbie, anyone with o photo could make the account'. They even asked some tricky questions they thought only Robbie would know the answer to :lol: to strengthen their case! Therefore to stop the 'trickery' they reported the page!!! People can get really stupid at times... Why would anyone report the 'official page'? It IS the official page but like any other page it has a moderator who takes care of it rather than Robbie! The funny thing is the guy must have been smart (or stupid) enough to persuade some of them he is Rob and that's how it all started! Of course despite the reports the page is not taken down so people start to believe to has to be Robbie after all... :lol: :lol: :lol:

:o Judas surefire no1 imo Still she has taken the wrong path going too gay or too much about religion... This kind of songs are not the ones that come to your mouth to sing EVER. I want a dance Gaga dark song with no such clear references (she could say anything she wants in a more artistic and less staightforward way). Once more this should stir up lots of disagreement and then drop. If it had different lyrics it could be no1 for quite long... :angry:

That's right. Still: 1) It looks like there is some kind of barrier at the 2.000.000 mark with UK albums. I think it could be the 'capacity' of the albums fast selling period. 2) She is decreasing now and we don't know how fast it could be. I remember the same thing with Progress. TT went from selling 200k to less than 50k and now they do less than 10k! And they recently had a lot of airplay + the brits + a new single + happy now, still nothing could help the album that much anymore. I believe Adelle's album has something like 3-5 strong selling weeks left. (including the one that is already in progress) (in case of XF or Deluxe it will definitely get an additional boost for sure)

I doubt that... After the two million mark her sales will be sharply reduced, she won't sell 3 millions in 2011! After all this list is slightly outdated. I am not talking about new entries but some of these albums have sold a few more... (Leona, Amy, TT, Robbie, perhaps even Blunt...) + There must be a lot of albums at 2,5 mil. (for example some of Robbies oldies or new entries such as KOL, Gaga, Bubble even Progress untill 2012...) There should me more than 50 albums over 2,5 millions sales....
