  1. It is entirely possible imo (not definite of course) if this pattern is followed: Sunday: Garrix 50% more Monday: Garrix 20% more Tuesday: Allen 10% more Wednesday: Allen 10% more Thursday: Allen 10% more Friday: Allen 20% more Saturday: Allen 20% more Allen's Tuesday and Wednesday could equal Garrix's Monday. And Allen's Thursday, Friday and Saturday could equal Garrix's Sunday (with the preorders). I prefer "Somewhere only we know" by miles. "Animals" should have been made club only
  2. It sounds good indeed.
  3. With Lily catching up so fast it should be really close by Friday... Looks like Martin Garrix got that incredible lead because of the preorders. It has already worn out!
  4. And who said he won't ? Just remember how 'Shame' climbed slowly (until late Tuesday or so?) but ended up no2 officially. Go gentle will finally get a top 10 position at the very least imo, possibly around no7. ;)
  5. I guess it is not important here, but no we don't sandwitch the <'s for no reason in maths.
  6. There is something seriously wrong with the direction of your math signs in the first post!   (should look more like a<x<b) Gaga should do 100k, Killers 50k+ and Keane 30k.
  7. Why would you say that? :teresa:

Also consider the sales climate: Even that 83k would guarantee him the no1, there will be not competition. In my opininon Swing Both Ways will manage heavy sales and should be a no1 contender for every week of 2013 following its release. (even if it does end up at no3 most of the times!) Then again there is almost no promo yet and he has a lot coming up in 2013! I fully expect this album will sell much more than his previous one regardless if it is the better one or not.
  9. Because she is mainstream, and pop! Yet she is more of an artist than the likes of Britney, Katy, Xtina all put together since she has a real personal style, writes songs and lyrics. (even if Xtina vocaly outclasses her by miles) She is mainstream yes , still not a clean-cut pop star like Madonna or Britney; Gaga is weird. I respect her ability to write and express herself but there are people outside the 'pop circle' who can do this even better. Despite respecting her abilities (and trend), personally I am not really touched by most of the things she writes either. She is a fascinating new-age popstar nevertheless. (it shows even better when she adds some stripped down parts to her performance)
  10. Leona is also an album seller though. None of her single sales has surpassed her album sales... Throwing both album and single in during same week will hammer her single sales... It may cost her the chance of getting a top 5 single. The bad thing with this Leona era is that it will be quite short. She will have 4 weeks of 'strong' sales and then no reason to promote any more tracks if the album is a Christmas album. She needs a bit more airplay and spolight than that.
  11. If the lead is like 50% I also think Rihanna+Eminem will steal the no1. Friday-Saturday sales will be high! There is also an outside chance that even Lorde overtakes 1D. It is not only Monster's high sales, 1D seem to be trailing back! They should not get much more than 100k by Sunday (I would say not even 6 digits). It is quite a surprise so many people here feel that 1D new song is strong. It is low tempo and less exciting than the rest of their lead singles, less 13-15 year olds (which is their target group) should be keen to download it.
  12. :( I hope it grows on me because I don't get it at all right now.
  13. It could do a "You Know Me" instead. But yes, I cannot see many teenagers downloading it, I doubt it will climb anywhere near the top3 (I would love it to) or sell more than 50k-ish during its 2 best sales' weeks. (the release and the XF one)
  14. I understand the concept but it is still slightly embarassing imo. A pointless parade B-) They should have added more elements rather than just sailing through the whole music video. Slightly humourus yes, but it gets boring after a while. Robbie looks good in the suit indeed. I like the song however. It is quite plain and clean-cut (which is rare with Robbie's lyrics). It is not the song that would cause a rampage in the downloads charts, but it has a 'festive feeling' that should push album sales throughout november and december. My only objection is the singing during the chorus; Is it me or Robbie sings this in a strange way? My favourite part is the last verse with the piano solo and the whistling. (it does have some 'dogs and birds' in it)
  15. 'Fee' will always sell out stadiums. AND these last tickets will make more 'fee' for the black market as well. I can imagine quite a few singers/ acts who could call their next album 'Fee' ! :teresa: I will see Robbie on 31 July, so I will have to wait until then to join this conversation. I really hopes he does some 'singing' though. BTW does anyone remember the estimated time when Robbie shows up? I'll be there much earlier and I hope I won't drop dead under the sun <_< .
  16. Damn it, this is going to be a hit. Probably Robbie will release something ten times better after that and will flop B-) I must find a way to brainstom the crowds into my taste of music
  17. No it is not! This or I'm going blind
  18. I would have quessed people born in this climate would be somewhat more resistant to it! I never really managed to come to terms with the terrible British weather, it is honestly the worst thing about the UK imo... It is unusually hot even for Greece at this time of the year here, 29C, and I saw a dozen of sunburnt people on my way home  You should perhaps consider a summer trip to southern grounds when possible ;)
  19. Not jealous anymore ;) I am heading for the beach first thing in the morning tomorrow :yahoo: There are no palm trees here, but it is still great!
  20. Or a steroephonic 'Dickhead' instead. :teresa:
  21. I find Buble cool. He's got a nice groove in his voice and he looks gentle and fun overall. He is like the dancey-clumsy-villager  I like a few of his songs but I never play then all at once, they can get a bit boring. I am actually surprised I like him even that much because the genre is far from my favoirite. I am not sure about the duet though... man-man duets are a difficult thing imo.
  22. INTJ Introvert(22%) iNtuitive(88%) Thinking(1%) Judging(44%) •You have slight preference of Introversion over Extraversion (22%) •You have strong preference of Intuition over Sensing (88%) •You have marginal or no preference of Thinking over Feeling (1%) •You have moderate preference of Judging over Perceiving (44%) Am I supposed to be happy? Sounds a bit obsure to me... On the other hand the description on the other page is diabolically accurate! :o . And I just noticed you all got the same B-) And you also think it is accurate? Perhaps they are just telling us what we all want to hear
