Let's hope they keep the 3rd single under their hat for 2 more weeks.... ( ) I wouldn't be surprised if they announced the 3rd single tomorrow and its release date was April... or even up against next x factor's winning single. :D

This is a bit rihanna-like, I would say it is their best song yet though... It has a lot of BSB in it as well, but boybands usually have a lot of elements in common. Best song of JLS but the album has sold a lot, I doubt it will be powerfull enough to go top 3. IMO no1 of this week is Fireflies hands down if everything is released as scheduled now (I suspect robbie's 3rd single will be out that week too, this may change things). But once again I didn't expect the album would sell that craizy amount so they could be a surprize no2. Considering it's after the brits the week will get really busy and winners will fly up the charts, so they could end up out of top10. It will be the most interesting week to watch for a long time.

I think they actually make a very good combination, but 2 Robbie's tracks on Leona's album while he has his own one out and the 3rd single coming may be a little harmful for his album sales... If this is true they must have paid him A LOT to do that. (Simon has been kind of 'flirting' with him for a long time, he probably wants to sign him up as well) One song would be enough, 2 is too much and I'd rather have it on Rob's album. A such colaboration is going to be MASSIVE. Nothing official yet though

It could be a holiday tune... but not a good one. I have to agree with the negative comments. Thumbs down from me too. The top ten is getting worse and worse... 3 or 4 songs are good (BR TT MMHW RR) and even these are getting boring... Everybody wants to release before christmas and as a result we have many fruitless weeks after christmas. :arrr: btw it is about time we also got rid of the Starstrukk parody :angry:

I have already answered how many I've listened to on a previous post... Since then I've listened to bits of 1 more. Even though I havent listened to a lot of them I have listened to some others I mentioned and I really like them, so this is my list... you can't have listened to every album on earth when you say what your favorites are. When a song reminds of another one it doesn't mean it's a rip-off! :angry: The sales thing was a reply to the argument that the Fame-Gaga is everywhere now while Robbie is on the hills or sth like that.(everywhere= popularity->sales) Original is not sth that you can identify the way you do, come on! Everything you listen to has a combination of elements from previous stuff. Ans YES even the beatles or Queen didnt create everything, there was music before them. :blink: When you go demon-hunting you can always find sth malevolent to say about everything. Even great songs are called ripp-offs, beautifull strings and music is called overproduction due to lack of ideas, variety is called mish-mash and lack of focus... If you tell me your favorite album I could easily make up a million such negative things to say. I don't hear you mentioning anything about how Fame is musically superior though... I don't blame you, it is a tough one. :funky: Anyway calling nice music rip-offs and unoriginal is the cheapest way out really I would like to know how other people feel about this a may start a poll-thread later.

The Fame pisses all over RKTVS musically? This is a BRAVE statement. Perhaps you should listen to RKTVS before commenting, doesn't take a genious to notice it has high musical standards, music even if the result doesnt appeal to you. (real music of a big orchestra, gregorian chants, carefully arranged varying strings and mellodies, complex meanings and sophisticated lyrics- definitely not common ones , blend of music kinds pop-rock-psychedelic-electronic-ballads ,choir backup singers ,smooth or sharp vocals where required, high and low keys.... doesnt anything ring a bell?) I have the fame and its a good work but more fun than quality, really catchy too. Don't get me wrong on that it has been gaga's and BEP's year , the albums are very good but not what you would call musically great And don't start talking saleswise and according to the artists appeal because this would be completely different conversation, and really there is no reason to support Robbie Taylor Mariah or anything from my list over this list, they are all selling better hands down. You don't have to like it as I have already said but you can't say all this begging gorilla and rubbish junk.

BAD choice, possibly the worst Rihanna single... The video is a bit gagaish but the really bad thing is that the song is poor... When I gave a first quick listen to the album I thought this was a filler. Wait your turn and rude boy are better. I Hope they change their mind again. Because of Rihanna this could get low top10. This 2nd single will probably reduce the albums lifespan. Some people here like it so it could be just me being a 'Cassandra' but I feel this single will only push her further down. Anyway to this goes to the people that like it, what do you like so much about this song?

Well I honestly don't know... What do you like about him? Which album did you like? It is really weird because this album is definitey an attempt to call back all lost fans. It has a swing song, 2 rock-kind escapology ones, 2 sad intensive care ones, a bit of rudebox and some big ballads together with some new stuff. It has a bit of everything you could have once liked on him. I understand you don't like it (1/2 of the people love them and the other 1/2 think he is overrated), but still your comments are too sharp. You really think that lyrically the album is poor? Musically as well? Also you see no creativity in it? I would've quessed you don't like pop music but the whole criticism on Fame beating hands down RKTVS and at the same time judging music lyrics and vocals is a bit weird. So the fame is lyrically musicaly and vocaly hands down better than RKTVS? And all of these albums also are... It would be more fair to say it is an average album of a kind you dont like. Although he is one of my fav artists if I didn't like the album for a b c reasons I would say it. I am neither fanatic nor stupid, and I don't get a share from the sales income ;)

Not going to argue on this anymore, this is a hating statement and a totally unfair one. Thats why I didn't explain how I think the album is successful on all elements I mentioned. Somebody who is so confident about all those negative things to write this piece would never accept any kind of proof of a records 'quality'. Bad pop album ,no lyrics, no vocals, terrible voice, not innovative, gorrila begging TT, I don't really think there is anyway we could agree on sth like that. Anyone with common sence would say this statement of yours is SO SO foul.
