I'm pleased to see Sutil back, it's also nice to see at least a bit of movement in the top teams after being static for so long! A shame not to see Alguesuari back and harsh on both Kovy and Glock to be out this year.

Jules Bianchi has taken over Luiz Razia's drive for Marussia as Razia has been dropped after sponsorship problems and also Marussia needed drivers can bring funding this season.

I love Albert Park. Such a brilliant circuit for surprises and wet qualifying. It really is the perfect season opener.
With luck I MAY just be here next year, failing that 2015 for sure! |

I agree, Albert Park is definitely one of my favourite circuits as it always provides surprises like you say!
Hope you do manage to get there, I can imagine it would be an incredible experience! |

It is! I was there in '09. Absolutely incredible. Was standing right in line with the Apex of turn 2.
The atmosphere was just... Amazing!!! Actually seeing a Grand Prix live was amazing enough but the combination of the great circuit, the atmosphere, my first time at an actual GP and the incredible race all added up to something truly special. Piquet's first corner trip through the gravel left me coated and from that moment on I wanted him GONE. Flying home that night and getting randomly explosive tested at Melbourne airport was super fun! |

Wow!! I must go and see a race properly live one day, the closest to it I've managed is a Renault World Series at Silverstone which was brilliant - but I'm sure an F1 race is a whole complete different experience to that!
Yikes, I can imagine how stressful that would be! Silly Piquet! |

The noise, the smell It's just magical. I really need to get myself employment asap as I really really really want to go to Spa this year.Yikes, I can imagine how stressful that would be! Silly Piquet! Hopefully Lewis Hamilton gets off to a reasonable start today! NO. Just, no.

Starting as we mean to go on!!! Kimi on the top step and Roman making it to the chequered flag! Roman was even in the points! Very good race for Renault
From what I hear Force India had a cracking race, which is very good news. I do love Force India! They are that underdog that always manages to punch above their weight. |

Kimi is hilarious!
Watched this in full yesterday and what a brilliant season opener it was! Fantastic driving from Kimi, a beautiful overtake by Massa (I know! I was shocked too!), a brilliant performance by Force India and Roman even managed to avoid hitting someone at the first corner! |

A very enjoyable start to the season these first two races. Loved seeing Alonso cock up on his gamble, feel for Webber too today.

Chinese Grand Prix is live on the BBC this weekend. BBC2 will be showing live practice sessions and re-runs tomorrow morning.
It will be very interesting what will happen during the weekend especially with Red Bull. Vettel has said in a interview today that he would probably ignore team orders again if he was asked not to challenge Webber. |

Still haven't seen China yet but my GOD this season has been brilliant so far! Superb driving in Bahrain today and some absolutely brilliant overtakes. It's amazing how changed Roman is as well, outstanding overtakes and knowing when to back off so he doesn't cause an accident.
Brilliant start to the season for Renault, especially with their second podium lockout at Bahrain. |

Definite improvement from Romain this season. Bit of a quiet start to the season the first three races. But a deserved podium for him. I'm sure that first win isn't far away.
I think Perez needs to curb his aggression when battling for a position, Button not happy with him after them banging wheels when battling with each other. Bahrain are considering possibily hosting a night race in 2014 to mark 10 years since the first Grand Prix there. Nothing has been clarified yet. |

I agree, a fantastic season so far!! So glad Paul di Resta managed to equal his best ever finish, and so close to that first ever podium too! If Force India's fantastic form continues, either him and/or Adrian Sutil should be able to manage a podium!
