Hi and welcome to Ultraviolenceland. Hope You Enjoy
And also is this ok? FLAG: General Information Capital: 1989VideoCoast Capital Population: 13,300,000 [Around what the 4 albums on the flag have sold in America and the UK] Full Population: 44,620,290 Language: English Currency: 1 heart [equivalent to £1.85] Festivals Break It Off: 15th February Easter Penguins: 10th April Ultra's Land Day: 16th June [Ultraviolence release date] Independence Day: 13th August [day I formed country] Sledge Festival: 6th December [Frozen UK release date] Skate It Off: 13th December [Taylor's birthday] Location I think the continent is Miskantha Ultraviolenceland is country number 6 The countries around us are Hushkanukia [Cameron], United States Of Jack [Jack] and Bhangra [David] Random Country History The country came into existence this month and Lana Del Swift is the President What else could I add? ________________________________________________________________________________ ____________ ENTRIES: INFORMATION First Competition: Nothing much of note though Parra For Cuva would have qualified in the new system. Second Competition: Alexa missed out by just 2 points and would have made it through had Josh not been moved semi. Third Competition: Let's forget this ever existed. NEXT Rejects: Oops all failed to qualify, weird Kat did better than Parra For Cuva though considering the latter got double the points in it's original competition. Marilyn was 4 points off making the final January 2015: Oops never realised how low Hayden finished and this was DNQ4 February 2015: DNQ5 as Riptide does a little bit better and was the 1st of a few times of Hushkanukia being our highest scores March 2015: Finally a qualifier as Clare somehow remains our highest semi qualifier [though not pointswise by 1 point]. However all the fans disappeard in the final as she came dead last by 10 points. This was the last final with 12 point system April 2015: Kinnie also did well in the semi and even better than her projected finish in the final but it could have been so much more. She was 3rd after 26 votes [over a 1/3 of the way through] but only like 40 points from the last 40 votes meant she fell badly Your Best Of: Marilyn's best performance yet nearly coming top half and scoring 100 points on the dot. This was also Ramrynia's 2nd month of stanning for us *.* May 2015: Unfortunately it was back to DNQ for the amazing Blaise but Taahino and Aprognia provided us with nice points- 20 of our 34 points for this month Hope you find this interesting. Welcome from my country Ramrynia! We seem to share a lot of favourite artists (Taylor and Leah for example) so hopefully I will enjoy your entries.

PRESIDENT LANA DEL SWIFT'S PRESS CONFERENCE NOTES
She has thanked the countries of Ajanaeda, Republic Of Adonia, Yehesi, Daehun, Ramrynia and Jamvale for their welcomes and returns them back and has wishhed them luck for the next competition When asked about what Ultraviolenceland would submit to the first competition, Lana Del Swift revealed she wasn't very sure. Her preferred song would definitely be vetoed so she is looking out for other songs. She has got a contender in a massive hit this year in Ultraviolenceland but she wants to save that for a competition in a few months as it is risky. Del Swift is supposedly going to look for an unknown dance entry for the first entry to come into BJSC with a bang before going to the typical fare the residents of Ultraviolenceland listen to This post has been edited by Ultraviolence1989: 27th August 2014, 09:23 PM |

LANA DEL SWIFT TALKS ABOUT DISSAPOINTING FIRST ENTRY
Today the president of Ultraviolenceland- Lana Del Swift spoke about her decision for their first BJSC entry since the Opening Ceremony. Del Swift has admitted that Swept Away was probably the wrong song to put through however she was pleased it finished in 20th in the semi-final. She has a lot more confidence in this year's entry which is a song that did quite well in the charts in Ultraviolenceland this year and the genre that most of the residents listen to unlike Swept Away's genre. Swept Away peaked at 82 and spent 4 weeks top 100 in the charts and has sold 10,350 copies. This post has been edited by Ultraviolence1989: 26th September 2014, 06:55 PM |

Swept Away peaked at 82 and spent 4 weeks top 100 in the charts and has sold 10,350 copies. Oops. I think it would've peaked higher than 82 in my chart if I did a weekly top 100. It peaked at #54 in my daily chart anyway. Your next entry should do really well I think, the pop voters will love it (assuming it is what I think it is) |

Your entry has been on repeat all day and should quickly enter the Top 10 of Adonia's personal chart

Entry Announced: Alexa Goddard- Marilyn for BJSC69
Now this is the kind of music that the residents of Ultraviolenceland listen to and the pop song representing the country in BJSC69 is Marilyn by Alexa Goddard. The song peaked at 15 in the charts in August and Re-peaked at 13 last week- it could even reach another new peak in the new chart which is revealed in an hour. Anyway it's quite funny how Alexa was selected. I was sure on a song (Clare Bowen- Black Roses) and I wanted to see someone's opinion on it so I thought I'd send 2 songs and add Marilyn as a joke. However they liked Marilyn and not black roses. I then offered listens to 2 other members of those 2 songs and 2 others and they both preferred Marilyn and I finally came to the right mind and sent Marilyn as I realised it would do better and more suitable for BJSC than black roses which would bomb This post has been edited by Ultraviolence1989: 4th October 2014, 10:47 PM |

Not commented here in ages
Well Kat Deluna bombed in 70 and Hayden did even worse in 71. Kat flopped in my personal chart while Hayden was a #1 (though back in June) |
