LeBron James' co-owned production company Springhill Entertainment has signed a landmark deal with Warner Bros Studios overnight, according to the Wall Street Journal, igniting the deep-set rumour mill once again over a long-awaited 'Space Jam' reboot - with LeBron potentially following on from Michael Jordan I C O N I C role as the film's lead.

LeBron's deal with Warner Bros doesn't cement 'Space Jam 2' as reality, in and of itself; however, a few preceding factors hinting at the collaboration all but seal the deal.

Warner Bros signing new trademarks for 'Space Jam' last month, and LeBron's connection to the potential sequel for years both solidify the prospect:

In an age of sequels and reboots reigning supreme, the lack of a sequel to 'Space Jam', the highest grossing basketball film of all time, is relatively shocking, and makes today's news even more possible.

GET READY TO JAM, NERDS.

In the meantime, visit the greatest website on the internet, Space Jam's original HQ. :')

So a potential sequel to 'Space Jam' (or a complete reboot) could potentially be in the pipeline! How do you all feel about that? What about us 90's kids, how do we feel about this? A proper childhood classic/favourite of mine. SO GOOD.
