Her discography is so freaking amazing but the only problem is she didn't do much of dance music which and hopefully she's doing now with high heels and the new album

Her Dance music are not my favorite. I much prefer soft song like Northern Star, Dear Life, Drown, What If i Stay or Fragile

'When You're Gone' is a Shared track. She never inclued that song on any of her solo material. It's more a Bryan Adams song for me. He wrote it and Melanie's voice are more behind him.
'First Day Of My Life' it's a solo song. From her official website: In 2005 her track ‘First Day Of My Life’ was to become one of her biggest hits to date, selling over 400,000 copies in Germany alone. It also went on top chart at Number 1 in Spain, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland and Portugal where it helped to propel the album ‘Beautiful Intentions’ to double platinum status and kept it at Number 1 for 9 weeks. From Wikipedia: The song became the most successful Melanie C's single in Europe, spending two years in different European charts. To date, the single has sold over 1,5 million copies worldwide. Melanie announced in an interview for the Herald Sun newspaper in Melbourne, Australia, that Beautiful Intentions outsold her 2nd album Reason (which sold approximately 500,000 copies).
