Is that the same NEEV from 'Breathe' by Seeb (and that one Terra Avium BJSC entry)? Seems very out of place in the normally very insular and obscure Portuguese NF...!

I've seen nothing to disprove that so my best guess is...yes?
There's nothing in the mix that really goes beyond the usual "brand Portugal" fare, the highest viewcounts on YouTube are these two; |

I only liked five songs out of the 20 on first listen and four of them qualified to the semis, so that’s a good start!
Girassol was the one that didn’t go through, shame as I found that rather enjoyable. |

Don't like how they throw away an entry like Saudade for Eurovision, but again it is an average selection so even if I like NEEV this is just because of the fact I like ballads and not because the public will rave about it.

This is both the most I've enjoyed a Portugal entry since 2015 (which says more about the quality of their last few entries than this) and doubly tragic for them - the first time they've sent a song fully in English and they went for this? And not NEEV, or Blasted last year? :')
